The coastal town of Javea on the northern Costa Blanca is one of the favorite holiday destinations in Spain. Many beaches, romantic bays, an intact environment, the dramatic mountains and a friendly population make Javea unique. The villa is located in the Montgo-Toscamar area on the right side of the connecting road from Javea to Jesus Pobre. Close to Jesus Pobre the national road leads to the motorway exit Ondara. The villa has the address Calle Auriga 21 or the old name MG426. This road runs just below the border to the Montgo Natural Park. The south of the villa is extremely quiet and protected from the weather. Other houses in the villa neighborhood are on land of approximately 2000 square meters, so distance and privacy are guaranteed.





The villa is situated on a 2000 sqm enclosed garden plot high on the slopes of the Montgo in the Calle Auriga 21 very close to the Montgo Natural Park. It is only a few minutes drive to the old town, the golf course "La Sella" and the beaches. A panoramic view glides over a wide valley with orange and almond plantations and to the mountains of the hinterland. The villa has a large semicircular terrace (naya), patio with barbecue. Dining room, living room with stove, kitchen, laundry, lobby and two bedrooms on the ground floor. On the first floor is the air-conditioned master bedroom with attached bathroom and sun terrace. The other bedrooms also have air conditioning. Also the living room. In the basement stores firewood for winter guests. The 10 x 5 m large vollverflieste and deep swimming pool is picturesquely embedded in a 2000 square meter garden.





Extensive planting with grass, palm trees, many flowering shrubs and trees. So the garden is not only suitable for play but also for dreaming under shady trees.

Disabled Access: The house is 50 meters from the road and is accessed by a steep, paved driveway. This can be handled by normal cars and station wagons. It can not be used by low-lying sports cars. Such cars can be safely parked along the roadside and the owners have to walk the 50 meters to the house by foot. The road to the house can only be badly used by wheelchairs. Inside the house, no special arrangements have been made for wheelchair users or disabled persons.





Animal and smoking permit: Unfortunately, we can not allow both, since subsequent guests in the past for. T. have submitted significant complaints.

A car or motorcycle is recommended; It can be rented at attractive prices by the local landlords at attractive prices. Almost all have counters at the Valencia and Alicante airports.
