Our modern well-appointed, luxury three bedroom apartment is located in the heart of Estepona’s marina area and next to the Blue Flag rated sandy beaches. The apartment is officially registered with the Andalucian authorities and meets all the required standards - Official Reference Number VFT/MA/02495
Our standard changeover day is Saturday but please enquire if you would like alternative changeover days and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Located on the 'front-line' our apartment is on the edge of the ‘Port’ area of Estepona, with spectacular ‘Blue Flag’ beaches on one side and on the other, the hustle and bustle of Estepona Marina with its extensive choice of restaurants and bars.
Our spacious apartment with air conditioning has a large terrace with Panoramic sea and marina view, with the second and third bedrooms offering views of the pool. It is very relaxing to just sit on the terrace and watch the world go by, seeing the fishing boats going in and out and watching the big boats being lifted in and out of the water on the quay opposite.
We have installed Ultra-fast Fibre Movistar broadband and WiFi in the apartment which is unlimited and free for you to use during your stay. This means that you can use all your tablets, smartphones, laptops and any other internet devices with excellent speed and no limits on usage.
We installed a brand new kitchen fitted with granite work surfaces and all new appliances, including Induction Hob, Oven, Fridge/Freezer, Microwave, Dishwasher and Washing machine just over a year ago.
Estepona, with it’s authentic Spanish ambiance, is a popular holiday destination located to the west of Marbella and is an easy 50 minute drive along the motorway from Malaga airport with frequent daily flights from most UK airports.
Gibraltar Airport is actually visible from the apartment and is easy to reach along the new coast road.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, with twin beds in the second and third bedrooms suitable for up to 6 people. All rooms have large wardrobes and a good selection of clothes hangers.
There are two, fully tiled, luxury bathrooms with bath and shower over, hand basin, WC and bidet, one en-suite to the master bedroom, and the other separate.
The exceptionally large living/dining room has a 55" 4K LG Smart TV and satellite for UK TV channels and radio. with LG Blu-ray player plus an Apple TV for streaming mobile content to the TV.
There is also an LG 39' Smart TV and DVD and Chromecast in the master bedroom.
The apartment is professionally cleaned between rentals and maintained by a local (English speaking) agent, who is on hand in the unlikely event that a problem arises during your stay.
An allocated secure garage space is available for parking your car and there is direct lift access to the Apartment from the garage. This is very useful for transporting luggage and shopping up to the apartment from the car.
Other Activities: Selwo Adventure Park, Gibraltar with Tours of the rock and famous Apes and extensive tax free shopping. Cinemas in nearby Marbella and Puerto Banus
We offer flexible changeover days so that you can take advantage of mid-week flight prices if you wish subject to availability.
BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATIONS
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to book the apartment.
The balance, plus £100 refundable security deposit is payable 2 months prior to your arrival date.
Payment are non-refundable so you are advised to arrange travel insurance at the time of booking.
Payments may be made in GBP to a UK bank, Euros to a Spanish Bank or USD to a US bank - relevant details will be supplied.
Maximum 6 named occupants - family groups
HOUSE RULES - General
We expect that you will occupy the apartment for the agreed dates, take care of it, leave it as you found it (no need to wash linens but it should be left clean and tidy). No additional guests may stay overnight other than those named on our Booking form.
Be considerate to other occupants of the apartment building.
DURING YOUR STAY
To ensure that your holiday goes smoothly we use the services of a local Professional Property Management company just a couple of minutes from the apartment so that if any issues that should arise during your stay, they can be dealt with promptly for you. They will also provide keys and can also advise on local excursions, local car hire and general information about the area.Get the full listing »
