Two master bedrooms of the house offer king size bed and twin beds with quality mattresses. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. From the french balconies of the bedrooms you have stunning views of the sea and the mountains.

You can book online any time. Should you prefer not to do this, or have any difficulties , then you can ring us anytime and we will help you process your booking. Otherwise, you can send us an email and we will take it from there. It is important to note that there is a 25% deposit on the booking price to secure the dates. Thirty days before arrival, we will request the remaining balance for your stay. There are no hidden or extra charges. Additionally, any extra services such as airport transfer or additional cleaning, will be added to the balance only if you choose it.
You pay your damage deposit by credit card as a part of your second payment before your arrival. There is also an option of damage deposit payments upon arrival to our representative. We do not charge you unless damage occurs. In the event of any damage, you are advised to call us so we can assess the damage together. Failure to do this will result in our decision on the value of the damage being final.
Damage deposit paid together with the second payment is back to your bank account in a week or so after your departure, depending on your bank location.
Damage deposit could be collected in cash upon your arrival, in that case it is be handed back on your departure day if no damage claimed.

so we could change your online payment accordingly. A deposit equal to 25% of the rent is due on making the reservation. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, bank transfer and checks are all acceptable forms of payment. In cases of payment by check, all funds shall be made payable to Rafley Costa del Sol SL, with a notation of your confirmation number written on your check. Reservations that are not paid in full by the final payment date will be cancelled and advance payment forfeited.
Fees: All reservations are subject to a departure cleaning fee.
A Security Deposit is required for each reservation.
If the Tenant Party cancels the reservation there is a penalty that depends of the number of remaining days before the start of the lease period:
o More than 30 days: 10% of the advance payment
o 15-29 days before: 50% of the advance payment
o Less than 15 days: 100% of the advance payment
Check – In Time: Check in time is after 2:00 P.M. Note: Check in begins at listed times, but cannot be guaranteed. Property must be clean and inspected prior to occupancy. Check – Out time: Check out time is at 11:00A.M.
The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation.
