Casita La Mimosa is a sunny purpose built bungalow with a private swimming pool set in beautiful grounds located adjacent to the main house on a 2000 plot. Entrance to the casita and main house is from the camino (country lane) via electronic gates into a large driveway, providing ample shaded secure parking. There are many large trees surrounding the driveway giving us lots of privacy. The casita and main house is separated by a pretty trellis covered with climbing blackberry vine, grapevine and other flowers. The casita has 2 bedroom one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. Both rooms have a bathroom (however the main bedroom is en-suite). The main bedroom faces the side of the Casita and the view is directly to our 4000 sq mtr. Orchard which has a variety of trees including 80 almond trees, olive trees, plum, apples, apricot, fig and other fruit trees. The second bedroom faces the garden and pool and again is very private. Both rooms are very bright and sunny. Bed linens and towels are provided and we do ask you to refrain from taking the bath towels out onto the patio. There is a lounge/kitchen diner which is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, electric cooker, microwave and ample utensils. Two large and very comfortable sofas, a table for four, TV with both Spanish and UK channels. There are many books, videos and CD's in the casita for your use. The casita is very comfortable and clean. Visitors have access to all the grounds in front of the casita which consists of a 9 x 4 enclosed and safe, natural salt swimming pool (chlorine free) with plenty of space for sitting, sunbathing and relaxing. All external towels are provided so no need to bring our own or use your bath towels. To the side of the casita is a large pergola with a table and chairs and retracting canvas roof cover and side panel for when the sun is not required. There is also an external shower for the swimming pool and an outside toilet with washbasin, just for your use. The area around the pool has been landscaped and planted with bright and beautiful flowers (season permitting) and some beautiful trees. The owners live on site and do tend to the grounds and the swimming pool but we attempt to do this once our visitors are out in order to allow them privacy. However, there are occasions when we have to water the plants and tend to the pool even when our visitors are there but, we try to be as discreet as possible, respecting our visitors privacy. We are very happy to interact with our visitors at their request ... but we are there to assist you as much as we can if you need any help or advice. Our town is very Spanish and little English is spoken so if you need any help we can assist.
We ask our visitors to please respect our grounds and not to drop litter or food on the grounds. If you need anything you are very welcome to ask us first.
