Exterior apartment, 85 m/2, terrace afternoon sun, overlooking our garden of over 7,000 m/2. Two pools (children and adults) with Lifeguard and Security Guard.
From our garden, direct exit to the beautiful promenade that separates us from the beach and out with its 13 kms. -all in plain, along the beaches and the sea- unites us with Marbella and San Pedro. It is pedestrian walkway, closed to traffic (bikes allowed), well landscaped (many flowers, shrubs and trees).
The price includes the use of a parking space, fixed, and a storage-room; both in the basement (well painted and well lit) with lift.
Free Internet access from the apartment, with ADSL wi-fi.
We can facilitate, without charge, a cot, a chair to carry the kids to the street, two chairs to bring them in the car and a folding bed.
Two children's bicycles (2-3 years, without pedals, and 5-6 years) and one for adults, available to customers, free of charge, in the storage-room; 150 m., bicycle rental.

Magnificent the rental price/apartment ratio, because the location is unbeatable.
Brightly lit living-room, five points of light. Motorized blinds in the large window that overlooks the garden. The second bedroom and his bathroom can be isolated from the rest of the apartment. Second bathroom, complete. Kitchen independent. We provide sheets, towels, tablecloths, napkins, etc .; good quality, abundant, almost new.
Cleaning: during the contracted period, to customer care. You may get help, at 10 euros/hour. Upon termination of the rental, the owners hire and pay the cleaning staff.
Reception 24 hours, three Concierges speak English, one of them also French, they communicate with the apartments by indoor phone. It has fax -gratis- available to residents.

Residential area, very quiet, no street noise. All around on flat, no hills, ideal for walking near the sea, along the beaches. Golfer's paradise. The light of Andalusia and the happiness of its inhabitants (mostly tourists, smiling, all languages). Leave your everyday life behind, enjoy life, with nothing to do, no stress.
The apartment is in the best of Puerto Banus, in beachfront, a beautiful promenade well landscaped separates, closed to traffic, bicycles allowed. On this walk, which went out from our garden, there is a children's area in front of our Complex. Residential area, very quiet, with no public buildings nearby, no bars or restaurants. Except a Residence of luxury for major persons and a 4-star hotel 800 metres away.
The Marina is about 200 m. our main entrance, with many restaurants and cafes, with its terraces, and plenty of 'boutiques' of the best known brands. It has over 900 berths for boats (many luxury, one of the Royal Family of Saudi Arabia).
Without leaving the harbor, all in plain lovely walk to the lighthouse, to 2.25 kms. the apartment, the pleasure crafts a side and the open sea to other one. Everything for flat, broad, good soil, safetely, a delight, very crowed.
200 m. of our development there is a hairdresser ladies / gentlemen, dry cleaning, pharmacy, computer rentals, ATM cash dispenser. 200 meters El Corte Inglés, a chain of Department Stores world-class (fashion, gifts, home, sports, supermarket, etc.), which is to say everything you need. At about 800 meters, its subsidiary SuperCor, open 365 days / year, from 7 a.m. to 1 a.m.
In a radius of one km., best known banks, all with their ATMs.
At 100 meters, bus stop to Marbella and San Pedro de Alcantara. About 3 kms., bus station of the area. Several colleges bus pick up close to students.
In Puerto Banús, in an area called Green River (Río Verde), remains of a Roman villa.
A 4 kms. to the North is Marbella, with 142.000 registered inhabitants in 2013, the population triples in summer. With several beaches, many shops, hotels, and restaurants and taverns, all categories and prices. Tour the beautiful and tourist Marbella's old quarter, which was founded by the Romans and has a lot of commercial life. See the Plaza de los Naranjos (Orange´s Plaza), famous, always visited, with many restaurants. There is the Town Hall, in XVI century building, and its Office of Tourism. And it keeps the Wall, from the Muslim era. You can also visit the Church of Nuestra Señora de la Encarnación (Our Lady of the Incarnation), 1712, on the remains of another 1505.
Marbella has several Hospitals and Clinics properly installed and serviced by good professionals..
San Pedro de Alcántara is 5 kms to the south and offers the tourist a complete range of restaurants to suit all budgets. Good beach and nice promenade on it.
About 5 kms., the Regional Hospital of the Spanish Social Security.
Malaga airport, about 60 kms, with buses to Marbella. By taxi to our apartment around 70/80 euros. The high speed train Madrid-Málaga takes about 2.40 hours. From the station, 69 kms. to Marbella, bus or also suburban train to Fuengirola, 30 kms. Puerto Banus. And taxi, of course.
Car not essential. Car Rental, both in the airport or railway-station. AVIS Rent a Car has a Delegation about 800 m. the apartment and Herz has Office in Marbella. There you can hire a car or return it.
LEISURE and ACTIVITIES.
Beach, swimming, water skiing, windsurfing, kitesurf, sailing, diving, the paradise of golf, tennis, paddle, paragliding, horse riding, walks along landscaped areas very flat, without hills, bordering the beaches.
Our Complex is on the beach front, for those who like to enjoy the sun and sea bathing.
In the garden there is very big swimming pool.
Very appropiate zone to walk, run or bike (they are rented nearby) along the promenade, of 13 kilometers, linking Marbella-Puerto Banus and San Pedro de Alcántara; all for flat, no hills, many flowers, plants and trees, very landscaped one, bordering the beachs, without traffic, bikes allowed.
In the apartment it is enjoyed of ADSL (free) 24 hours/day.
To approximately two kms., several tennis courts and fields of “paddle”; .
To 500 metres rent of jet-skys (nautical motorcycles), to cross the wide and nice bay of Marbella.
The zone is a Paradise for the golfers. There is a golf club 3 kms away and a further 8 to 10 clubs within short distance (7-8 kms.) in the surrounding area. Others 30/35 in no more 25 kms. Travelers can enter cafeterias of these golf Clubs, and use it (make meals and drinks, without problems), enjoying its beautiful views.
On Saturday morning outdoor market, very popular, many stalls (stands) and well installed, variety of items, good quality and good prices. Well liked by the ladies. There are other open-air markets in Marbella and San Pedro, other days of the week.
Travel to Cadiz and also interesting to Claudio Baelo, in Bolonia beach, near Tarifa, to approximately 80 kms. of the apartment. You can consult Google. With important archaeological remains of a roman "garum" sauce factory and the existing population at that time (Temple dedicated to the gods, forum, amphitheater, termes, housing, market, cemetery). Interpretation Centre. One sees/guess the coast of Africa, to approximately 30 kms, in the neighborhoods of Tangier, separated by the Strait (Pass) of Gibraltar. Good beach, you can combine this tour.
Very tourist trips to Granada, Cordoba, Seville (justify the trip), Jerez (Xerry), the Route of the White Villages (i.,e, Arcos de la Frontera and others), and so on; and Sierra Nevada and Las Alpujarras, if desired. The Muslims were in Spain between 711 and 1492, and these populations -very tourist- preserve his fingerprint.
And not far away, Gibraltar (The Rock). With English and Spanish language, sterlings pound and other currency, the "bobby", driving on the left, shops "duty-free".
If it is time and is wanted, before or after being in Port Banús-Marbella can realize a cruise for the Mediterranean; it embarks in Malaga, to 65 kms. .
Morocco and North Africa can be visited relatively easily.
Try the rich Andalusian cuisine, specifically that of Malaga. There are restaurants of many nationalities.
