After 12 years of holidaying at the Golondrinas Apts in Elviria, we finally realised our dream and acquired our own place in this wonderful and safe community, just metres from the beach and within very short walking distance to the taxi rank, shops and a 5 star hotel on our doorstep!

Jardines de las Golondrinas is situated directly on the best beach in Marbella and is a superb choice for a family holiday, a quiet getaway or as a base for a golf break.
Our 1st floor apartment is airy, bright and spacious, with a large south facing terrace off the living area and a west facing balcony off the dining area. It has a fully fitted kitchen and both hot & cold air conditioning.
We have ample indoor sofa seating with brand new sofa which seats 4-5 easily and an additional arm chair[reclining]. all beds are brand new and the master bed if super king. the dining furniture is purposely for 4 people as it is a 4 person apt. Most people dine on terrace in summer and there is a new terrace furniture set that seat 6-8. we have additionally added a new built in garden seat-not in all apartments. we have added a new breakfast bar and 3 additional high stools.
the apartment is designed for 4 and the table does actually seat 6 chairs[the bar stool can be lowered] .
Our apartment is of considerably high standard for the price in high season and most furniture is upgraded the beginning of 2014.

The complex has 130 acres of sub-tropical gardens which feature waterfalls, fish and turtle filled lily ponds & streams as well as a large outdoor pool with swim up bar, children s pool, heated Jacuzzi and poolside restaurant serving excellent food throughout the day.
There are three commercial centres within walking distance, with a wide range of outlets - restaurants, bars/cafes, supermarkets, furniture, souvenir, electrical stores, pharmacies, beauty/hair salons, estate agents, banks, ATMs etc.
The complex has reception facilities, private parking, 24h security and secure perimeter fencing.
