Property well situated with sea view. Lovely view of Estepona Town and Seaview from balcony, both bedrooms and even sitting in the lounge area.

It has a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of cupboard space. Lidl, and Mercadona supermarkets 3 minute walk.
Close to the marina, one of the favourite spots for lunch or evening meal - you can dine alfresco and take your pick of a huge range of local and international restaurants. You'll find excellent Chinese and Italian food, haute cuisine, delicious local fresh fish dishes and of course the inevitable paella. Many amenities within walking distance from the apartment.
The Old Spanish square and town is a short walk - also an ideal place for lunch or an evening meal.
The location of the property is perfect for either the Marina or the Old Town - both within easy walking distance.
It is perfect for shopping for all your self catering needs.
The AP-7 is just 5 minutes away by car so easy to tour, visit Selwo, Marbella, Puerta Banus or many other tourist spots.
The property is not in the middle of the town but has access to the town. Many guests consider this a perfect location.
