This apartment has a good location. It is in an environment closer to the authentic Spanish people, near green area and park walk, near the bars ambiance of the Avenida de las Palmeras, or super market.
It is located on the top floor of its block and has the particularity of o private access to a large terrace where you can enjoy aperitifs, breakfast, meeting with friends or family sitting on the sofas around the table with a spectacular view.
At the entrance, we are in a passage that takes us to the right towards the living room, to the left towards the bedrooms and bathrooms and in front of us to the kitchen.
The kitchen has everything necessary for the comfort and ease of the tenants. Coffee maker, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge. It is located right next to the dining room.
The living room has two large sofas next to a low table for the relax or TV moment. At the left, the dining area with table and chairs. The entire room is bright thanks to a glass window that opens onto a closed all windows terrace with sofa and armchairs. Ideal place to read, look at the view or have some guests.
We continue the way towards the end of the corridor that leads to the second bedroom and its own bathroom. This bedroom is larger, bright and has a double bed, a wardrobe to place your personal things and a TV on the wall for those who enjoy watch movies in bed. The bathroom has a shower inside the bathtub and its own toilet. It is luminous thanks to a window that gives to the exterior.
Access to the terrace is made from outside the apartment from the same floor via stairs that go up to the roof. This access is private and only accessible to the people of this apartment. It has its chillout area upstairs with sofas, armchairs, false grass, solar lights and another corner, covered by a structure with wooden roof, rather to enjoy meals with your table, your chairs and a lidle barbecue.
Access to the bus lines to Málaga or Marbella in the main street next to the sea.
Bicycle rental agencies or excursions according to your desires are on this same avenue.
Everything is at hand, close to the apartment.
Recommended for those who prefer to move by foot or walk.
For those who travel by car, there are parking around available in the vicinity.

The train (tren de cercanía) is another way of transport that allows easy and fast movements on the coast between Málaga and Fuengirola passing by the airport.
The "Benalmádena - Arroyo de la Miel" stop is 10 minutes walk from the apartment.
There is train every 20 minutes to Málaga or Fuengirola or airport from 5 am to 11 pm. Easy and cheap to move around.
The cable (Teleferic), the Colomares Castle or the House of Navajas de Benalmádena are 10 minutes by car.
The old quarter (Casco antiguo) and the luxury port (Puerto Banus) of Marbella are about 35 minutes away by car.
The castle and the small coastal town of Fuengirola at about 20 min by car or train (tren de cercanía).
Málaga, with its bars, restaurants, shops, hidden corners, museums, "Alcazaba" fortress, castle, tourist port (Muelle uno) and many other things are more or less 35 minutes away by car, train or bus.

If you decide to adventure inland, you will have the pleasure of discovering wonders such as * Ronda (1h20 by car), installed at the top of a mountain that overlooks "El Tajo", a deep gorge, or even the city of * Antequera (1 hour by car) and its famous natural park "El Torcal", famous for the forms that erosion has given to its rocks.
The cities of Seville, Cordoba and Granada are not to be missed!
* Seville (2:20 by car), famous for flamenco dancing, especially in the Triana district, or visits such as the richly-worked palace of the Alcazar and its Gothic cathedral where is the tomb of Christopher Columbus.
* Cordoba (2h), especially known for it's unique and beautiful "Mezquita", huge mosque dating from the year 784.
* Granada (1:45), and the Alhambra, unique, perched on a hill. The notion comes from Al-Hamrá, an Arabic expression that can be translated as "red castle".
Its fortified ensemble includes royal palaces, quiet patios and reflecting pools of the Nasrid dynasty, as well as fountains and orchards in the Generalife gardens. The cave in the Sacromonte district, where you can experience flamenco in all its splendor in the cradle of its origins. Without forgetting the tapas of course ... unique also on Granada, they always accompany a drink!
