This brand new apartment is located in a building from 1893 that has been recently completely renovated and it’s located in Poble Sec, one of the artist neighborhoods of Barcelona. There's a contemporary photography gallery on the reception (opened during the week), and every apartment is decorated with photographs by the internationaly and recognized photographer Enrique Rottenberg.
All the apartments are exterior, with light coming in in the two bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a king-size bed and exit to the balcony. From the living room there's also an exit to a nice balcony with a small table and two chairs were you can enjoy having a coffee outside. The bathroom has a comfortable shower. The apartment has been decorated in a rustic, industrial way, keeping some of the original features such as wood beams and arcs in the ceiling and brick walls, as well as the beautiful wooden doors and ceramic floors along the entrance hall. It’s ideal for 4 people, but they can accommodate up to 5. There is heating and air conditioning in every room. The kitchen is an open space and fully equipped with all the facilities, electric stove, micro/grill, toaster, water boiler, juice and coffee maker, pots and pans and all other cooking utensils. The living room area is equipped with a smart 42" inches television with satellite TV channels also you can enjoy from free wifi.
In the building you will find a very nice communal terrace where you can enjoy Barcelona's lovely weather. The terrace is open every day from 10 to 19pm. In addition, there is a reception open during week days until 19pm.
The apartment is in a central location, walking distance from the Old City, Plaza Espanya and the sea. The closest metro station, Poble Sec (Line3) is less than 5 min. walk. From here you will be able to enjoy from Barcelona with easy access to all main city attractions.

Located in the beautiful district of Sants-Montjuïc. Poble Sec was the first expansion of the city spreading out from Av. Paral·lel to Montjuïc. Many of Barcelona’s main tourist attractions are near to this neighbourhood. It is popular for its theatres, music bars and cabaret clubs around Paral·lel, including the unique “El Molino” cabaret.
Almost all of the tourist spots are within walking distance, so if you are looking to visit any around Poble Sec, we recommend you visit the Montjuic Olympic complex, the old Canadian power station, the National Art Museum of Catalunya (MNAC), the archaeology museum of Catalunya, the CaixaForum, The Botanic Garden and El Pueblo Español. You can also take the cable cart up to Montjuic, visit the Castle on the top and admire the stunning views. Poble Sec is very well connected to the public transport, which makes it very easy to go anywhere around Barcelona.
Tourists should also take their time to walk through Plaça Espanya, which has amazing views of the National Art Museum of Catalunya, the Font Màgica and the Venetian Towers. Around this square, there is also the old Bullfighting Arena, which is now turned into a great shopping mall.
