San Francisco 40 Apartments are luxury apartments located in a fully restored building in the center of Alicante city. The building is located in one of the most iconic streets of the city, San Francisco street, a pedestrian street which is situated between the two main commercial streets in Alicante (La Rambla Mendez Nuñez and Maisonnave). The apartments are only a few minutes walk away from the beach of El Postiguet, the promenade of the Explanada and the Marina. The shopping center El Corte Ingles is also 300 meters away and the main restaurant and bar street of Castaños is only 200 meters away. The airport is 15 minutes by cab or 30 minutes by local bus.
The San Francisco 40 Apartments are located in a 120 year old building which has been painstakingly restored 2 years ago, keeping all the historic features like the original ceilings, stairwell and stonework in the building and at the same time including all the accessibility and comfort of a modern building (lift, etc). All apartments have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and have been designed to a very high standard. All floors have balconies on the front and on the back and the PENTHOUSE has a 70 m2 roof terrace for its own private use (with a chillout area, dining area and lounge chairs). All apartments have fully fitted kitchens with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, fridge, freezer, etc. All apartments have flat screen tv´s and free WIFI throughout the building. We provide towels and sheets in all the apartments.
