Jardins del Mar is a complex distributed in 2 twin buildings with gardens and communal swimming pools in the central area. It also has lifts and a car park. Free Wi-Fi.
Due to its privileged location, L'estartit offers a wide range of water sports, as well as plenty of leisure activities. The beach is more than 5kms long with views of the Medas Islands.
Distances: Golf course - 8kms, Village centre 300m, Public transport 100m, Shops 300m, Beach 300m.
The marina of Estartit is only a short walk away and from there one can easily take interesting boat trips to see the Medas Islands and various coves situated nearby.
L'estartit is also known as a paradise for scuba diving and all skill levels can be practised through one of the locally PADI recognised diving schools.
According to the European regulations (directive on 2011/83/EU) on consumer rights, accommodation contracts do not have the right to withdrawal. Art. 16 (l) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive contracts relating to the provision of accommodation are exempted from the right of withdrawal if the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance.
Guests will be required to sign a reservation contract
The amount for the reservation will be increased by a tourist tax
Depending on the property booked, CBA will request a security deposit of between €100 and €1,000.
This security deposit must be received by CBA at least 30 days prior to arrival, to be paid by credit card through our booking system. CBA guarantees return of this deposit through the credit card within 3 working days after you leave the property if no incidents have been reported.
In the case where the guest does not have a credit card, the security deposit is to be paid by bank transfer, the return of the security deposit will be made by bank transfer within 3 working days of departure. In order to return the security deposit we will need a bank account number.
On entering the property, you have 8 hours to report any incident that you consider relevant. Once this has been exceeded, CBA will assume that the property is in perfect condition.
This Security Deposit is fully refundable provided the following provisions are met:
No damage is done to property or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
No charges are incurred due to illegal activity or pets.
All debris, rubbish and discards are taken and thrown into the municipal rubbish bins, dishes are cleaned and stored in cupboards, dishwasher is empty, fridge freezer is empty and clean, sheets and towels are folded and left at end of each bed, surfaces and floors are clean.
All keys are left IN THE SPECIFIED LOCATION and PROPERTY is left locked.
All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
No linens or towels are lost, stained or damaged.
The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner) or the local law enforcement.
Smoking is not permitted in the accommodation.
BREAKAGES - You will be expected to pay for any breakages and these should be reported to the owner of the property.
Enter between 19.00hrs and 21.00hrs fee of 50€. We do not accept arrivals later then 21.00hrs.
