Our spacious family apartment is modernly equipped and offers everything to make your stay a relaxing and enjoyable one. It has a bedroom with 2 beds, a large built-in wardrobe, a living-dining room with hatch to the fully equipped kitchen with fridge / freezer, coffee maker, induction ceramic hob, microwave, washing machine and dryer. The living room has two sofa beds, which can be used either for children or another 2 adult guests. The apartment has central heating, so that even during the rather rare cooler days in the winter nobody has to freeze. In the living room you have through the tropical garden through a nice side view of the Atlantic Ocean. In front of the apartment is a small breakfast terrace, from where you can not only see the endless ocean in the morning, but can literally smell it. Another highlight is the indoor pool with countercurrent system and LED multicolour pool lighting heated to approx. 24 degrees Celsius. In the wellness area there is also a Finnish sauna, which can be used by appointment of up to 4 people for a fee. A pool bar with coffee machine, kettle for tea, as well as various soft drinks, are available to our guests inclusive.
The Villa Larnia is surrounded by a tropical garden on a hillside about 170 meters above the Atlantic Ocean. It is an absolutely quiet urbanization with almost exclusively owner-occupied villas.
Our guests, who have their own entrance from the street to their apartment, can move and stay in different places on the property. On the one hand there is the back garden with lawn for sunning in the morning or for practicing sports such as gymnastics, yoga, etc. Yoga mats are available. Neither this area, nor the small breakfast terrace in front of the apartment entrance nor the terrace in front of the indoor pool is visible from the outside.
On the pool terrace is a "Walker", which invites you to exercise with sea views.
On the west side of the villa is the sun terrace in height of the owner's apartment. This can of course be used by the guests of the villa. Of course, if you are not tired of the sun, there is also an ocean view and in the evenings the legendary sunsets of Tenerife.
Villa Larnia in El Sauzal Urbanization Puertito is located between Puerto de la Cruz (12 Km) and the university town of San Cristobal de La Laguna (18 Km) From the capital Santa Cruz de Tenerife we are only 22 Km away. Santa Cruz is the cultural center of the island and has international flair, not least because of the big overseas port. It is a city of over 200 thousand inhabitants with the backdrop of the Anaga Mountains and the endless ocean.
In the immediate vicinity of Villa Larnia there is the Costa Sauzal with its wild and romantic coastal path. At the Mirador Las Breñas there is the possibility to descend via a footpath to the coast. The view is breathtaking and good footwear required. Close to the property and within walking distance there is an excellent diner (Los Angeles), a friendly pharmacy and the Parque Los Lavaderos. Several local Guachinchen, restaurants and cafes, the Casa del Vino, the lookout café La Baranda and last but not least the beautiful town of El Sauzal with its Moorish-style church of San Pedro from 1515.
