This third floor condo is located in a condominium complex that is smaller than the typical beach front condominium building yet it offers similar convenience in location and amenities, directly across the street from the beach and a permanent beach access. The elevator is conveniently located making access easy.
Beautifully furnished throughout with tropical influences, it is perfect for a family looking to enjoy the fun of a South Padre island beach vacation and yet well suited for one or two couples looking to get away. With a queen size bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the guest bedroom and a rollaway single bed in the master bedroom closet, it accommodates up to 5 overnight guests comfortably. Or you can combine it with 306 next door to accommodate up to 12 or add 101, 103, and/or 104 on the ground floor to accommodate up to 30 guests in the same complex.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to cook during your stay. A washer and dryer and two parking places reserved for your use complete the package to make this the perfect location for your carefree South Padre Island Getaway!
All of our properties are child friendly, family vacation rentals. All renters must be 25 years of age or older, or, must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
For Spring Break / Semana Santa all rental guests must comply with a families only restriction and a monthly rental minimum.
Check-in is from 3 p.m. until our office closes (6 p.m. Mon-Fri and 4 p.m. Sat-Sun). After hour arrivals are subject to a $50.00 late check-in fee (+tax/processing). To qualify for a late check-in, you must have returned a signed Guest License Agreement, a completed Guest Registry, and downloaded our free mobile app (Hospitality by GladToHaveYou).
Properties that are animal friendly will be marked as so on our website. However, the number, weight, and type of animal allowed varies for each property. All animals must be approved and registered prior to check-in and are subject to a $100 animal fee (+tax/processing).
During March, April, and parts of the summer, wristbands are required by the HOA of several complexes. The cost of wristbands varies per person and property.
