Our condo offers a firm and very comfortable queen size bed and two sleeper sofas with new memory foam mattresses (one full and one twin).
One week rentals of 7 nights or more receive one complimentary Full Housekeeping service. This service is offered as a “thank you” gift. The housekeeping service will be arranged with my onsite management team and fulfilled by my onsite housekeeping team.
WiFi is available. The most recent password will be provided by the front desk staff upon check-in.
Our luxurious Rocky Mountain ski-in/ski-out condo located 200 yards from the new Base Village in Snowmass Village, Colorado, and minutes from Aspen, Colorado. The condo is situated near the White River National Forest and at the base of the Snowmass ski area. With one ski pass, you can enjoy the "Power of Four" with a lift pass to all four of Aspen-Snowmass' mountains (Snowmass Mountain, Aspen Mountain, Aspen Highlands, and Buttermilk Mountain)!
The grounds surrounding our home include water falls, streams, aspen trees, native Colorado flowers, and breathtaking views of the Rocky Mountains. It is situated near world-class snow skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, restaurants, biking, hiking, fly fishing and other outdoor activities.
Our home is located 75 yards from the ski slope. The ski concierge will store your gear in slopeside, secure ski/snowboard lockers and, if necessary, will have your equipment tuned (for a fee).
Our home was fully remodeled inNov. 2009. It is fully stocked and has cozy fireplace, a full kitchen with granite counter tops, BBQ, a luxurious queen-size bed, an extremely comfortable full-size sleeper sofa, lots of sunlight that fills the condo in the afternoon, and a wrap-around deck that allows views of the surrounding Rocky Mountains.
The condominium complex has 24-hour staff, housekeeping upon request (see rates below) a gorgeous pool with a view of the mountains, three (3) jacuzzi tubs, complementary Aspen airport shuttle pick up and drop off, local Snowmass Village shuttle, grocery shopping services, ski and snowboard rental, workout room, steam room, sauna, concierge, spectacular views of the Rocky Mountains, laundry (washers & dryers) located in building, two HDTVs (one 48" and one 37"), two DVDs, a complimentary DVD library, HD cable with complimentary video On-Demand, public transportation to Aspen, and many other luxury amenities.

We love dogs, but pets are not allowed under ANY circumstance due to condo association bylaws. I Iist this point first because I have had many guests ask me to make an exception to this rule. My wife and I love dogs, but the condo association prohibits guests bringing dogs into my unit. Thanks for your understanding.

About your Airbnb Superhosts: My wife and I live in Detroit, Michigan. We have onsite condo staff that manages my home and serves my guests. The staff is not available 24/7, but my onsite staff and I will do our best to meet your every need. If you have an issue with anything in the unit, please be aware that Simone may not be able to help you fix the issue until the next day. Typically, staff is available 24/7 during the winter ski season and available 8:30 am to 6 pm the rest of the year. Thanks for your understanding and don’t hesitate to call with any issues. I may or may not be able to assist with late night tv, internet or other issues. Please feel free to call my cell phone, which is listed in your reservation receipt. In an emergency, please call 911.
Check-in is between 4 pm and 6 pm. If this time does not work for you, please let me know and I will make arrangements for the onsite staff to leave you a key and a welcome packet that contains the WiFi password. Upon check-in, please turn both TVs on and off to make sure you know how to operate them. If you have an issue, please let the front desk staff know and they will assist you. If it’s after hours, the staff will help you the next day. The TVs, however, are quit simple to operate. If the cable box happens to have an issue, please unplug he power cord for 10 seconds and plug the power cord back in. Please give the cable box a few minutes to reboot. Although I have not had any equipment issues, I know from experience that this simple fix since solves most cable box issues. If any problems persist, the front desk staff will be able to fix the problem for you during normal business hours.

2. Daily housekeeping @ $36 per day for a cleaning of the condo (clean the condo, and provide fresh towels and bath robes)
3. Daily housekeeping with linen change @ $54/day (clean of the condo, provide fresh towels and bath robes, and change the bed linens)

Interaction with guests
My wife and I would love to meet you, but we live in Detroit, Michigan most of the year. Our onsite management company, however, offers 24/7 (winter and summer season) staff who are available to take you to and from the airport, check you in/out, answer questions, and exceed your needs.
Even with our extraordinary staff at your service, my wife and I are still available via airbnb message, phone and text.
Other things to note
My wife and I love dogs, but dogs, cats, or any other animals are not allowed. The hot tubs and swimming pools are closed from mid-April to Memorial Day and from October to November.Get the full listing »
