It is very well kept, sleeps FOUR comfortably with space for TWO more on the sofa sleeper. Brand new mattresses have been replaced in the bedrooms and the living room sleeper sofa. There are two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, a balcony, and a cozy family room. The unit has recently been converted from a wood burning fireplace to gas--no more firewood or cleaning ashes! There is basic cable TV provided and also, a Blu-ray player.

Enjoy all of the winter sports at any of the world-class ski resorts (Breckenridge, Keystone, and Arapahoe Basin) just a short free shuttle ride away. Copper Mountain ski resort, Loveland and Beaver Creek are also nearby. The free Summit County shuttle bus also offers convenient access to resorts, nightlife, and outlet shopping. The Condo is located on Buffalo Mountain and has stunning mountain views right from the deck! There are tennis courts on the property, a playground and easy access to fishing and hiking/biking trails during the warmer months.

The new multi-million dollar club house contains three Jacuzzis, a heated pool, a sauna, a workout room, pool table, ping pong, arcade games, racquetball and laundry facilities.
