This apartment is nestled along the Puget Sound waterfront in a small quaint and peaceful building on the 3rd floor (top floor) up 1.5 flights of stairs. You are literally just steps from the gentle Puget Sound waves and YOUR OWN PRIVATE BEACH with plenty of places to relax. Westerly views to the islands abound with bald eagles, ferry boats, and paddle boarders every day!
This apartment unit is in a small older apartment building. That means the insulation between units is not up to today's standards and should be considered as you are booking. Beach Drive is an active waterfront street with many joggers, bikers, and dog walkers passing by. This rental is not suitable for parties or rambunctious behavior, loud music or late night happenings. Respect among neighbors is of paramount importance. Thank you.
