Cook dinner for six in the brand new, modern kitchen, then enjoy the evening sunshine from the unit?s own private patio overlooking the quiet courtyard.

NOTE: In order to operate vacation rentals within this residential building, we are required to provide a simple background screening for all guests and rental agreement. Our Belltown Court Condos also require personal check-in service.
Parking Notes: The garage door opener is located inside the condo. Park your car on the street (there is metered parking on 1st Ave) and meet our Greeter, who will assist you with your keys and garage opener. Then use the following instructions to locate and park in the garage. Directions to parking garage are given assuming you are parked immediately in front of the Belltown Court Building on 1st Avenue facing NORTH.
-Go down one block, turn RIGHT onto Bell St
-Take RIGHT onto 1st Avenue
- Take RIGHT onto Wall St
- Take IMMEDIATE RIGHT into ALLEY (between 1st and 2nd Avenue)
- Pull up the SECOND GARAGE DOOR on RIGHT, near Battery St.
-Open door with garage door opener -Park in parking #44. It’s important to park in only your designated parking spot or you could be towed.
To enter the complex, locate the building door in the center of the garage. You can use your garage remote as a fob to gain access to the building by swiping it in front of the black security box. When the light turns green, open the door. Take the elevator to the 6th floor and locate unit #647.<br />
PLEASE NOTE: Be sure to stop and wait for the garage door to close completely before proceeding into the garage, or a $250 may be assessed by Belltown Court. Vacasa is not responsible for towed vehicles or damage to other cars. Please make sure to leave the garage opener in the unit after you check-out or it’s a $100 replacement fee.
Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.)
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
