With a small transfer fee, the tenant can enjoy the use of the country club facilities including the dining room, fitness center, swimming pool, hot tub, tennis courts, and group social activities.
Terravita Golf & Country Club Membership Transfer Fee (Optional & Non-refundable):
If the tenant desires the use of the Terravita community amenities (including the community pool, hot tub, fitness room, dining room, social activities, etc), the tenant is required to pay a transfer fee. The fee is as follows: $60 for a 1 month lease, $120 for a 2 to 3 month lease, and $300 for 3+ month lease. Tenant to pay depending on lease length. Please note this DOES NOT include any golf privileges. The tenant can contact Terravita directly to enquire about a golf membership and the applicable fees.

Cleaning Fee (Non-refundable):
To keep the home beautiful for your enjoyment, a cleaning fee is charged per reservation. The cleaning fee is $500. We have a professional cleaning company that cleans and re-stocks the condo.
Pet Approval and Fee (Non-refundable):
This is a dog-friendly home (with prior approval). Please inquire with your dog’s breed and weight prior to reserving. We do not accept cats. Pet Fee is $250 per reservation.
Rental Tax (Non-refundable):
City of Scottsdale charges 1.65% rental tax. We collect and remit the rental tax.
Damage Deposit (Refundable):
All reservations require a $1,000 damage deposit. This deposit is returned after check-out as long as everything in the home is in the same condition as when check-in occurred.
Payment/Cancellation Policy: In order to hold your reservation, we must receive 50% of the total rental rate due for the reservation and the signed rental contract. The remaining 50% of the reservation is due 60 days before the check-in date. All rental payments are non-refundable once charged to renter.
Reservation must be paid for by ACH/eCheck. We do not accept credit card. This is done through an online payment system through the property manager's real estate trust account.Get the full listing »
