Our home requires a 30-night minimum stay. We're open to 30-day to 12-month leases and will work with all groups. See the bottom of the listing for corporate, long-term travelers, traveling military & medical staff.
You can also choose to stay for less than 30 days but the rate will stay the same and be viewed as a monthly stay. Ask me for more details!

Thanks for viewing our beautiful condo in the Historically rich Victorian district of Savannah! This location makes one feel local and loved. It's walking distance to all shopping and restaurants as well as being outside of the booming nightlife which offers serene walks in the morning and promotes great energy to walk the gorgeous city in the afternoons. With being 2 blocks from famous Forsyth Park, this well-appointed space offers first floor, easy access to the top attractions of historic Savannah. The location offers foodies, history buffs, nature and art lovers value and convenience.
A fantastic way to start the day is to walk two blocks to Maté Factor for a coffee and a freshly baked pastry or sandwich. If you're looking to walk through Forsyth with a coffee or have some vegetarian yumminess, stop by Sentient Bean, which is at the South end of the park, just four easy and walkable blocks from our condo.
Let's talk about cocktails and lovely dinners! Start at Mansion on Forsyth for a craft cocktail in their upstairs Casimir's lounge. Then take a walk through the park to Local 11 Ten Food & Wine, where you can dine inside or enjoy a drink and appetizers at the rooftop bar. Not wanting fancy and need comfort? Take a four block walk to Cuoco Pazzo, a little Italian restaurant with a rustic ambiance and creative dishes.
Sometimes you're out all day looking at the beauty of the city and need to chill. We've got you covered! We're steps from a full-size grocery store, Forsyth Farmers Market, or Brighter Days Natural Foods. These options provide the best options for an amazing night in of cooking in our fully equipped kitchen. The black granite countertops, Stainless steel appliances, and open kitchen make it fun to cook and converse with your friends and family while feeling like you're at home. Our breakfast bar provides seating for four and there's an addition table with seating if you'd rather have dinner at the table.
A little about our unit: Our living room offers gorgeous sunlight through the custom shutters. Our plush sleeper sofa and love seat let you melt right in after a magical day in the City. Catch up on your favorite shows with cable or connect to the wifi to check out what happened that day online. If you're too tired to lay in the living area, retire to the master and watch cable TV there in your king-sized bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a corner armchair where you can curl up with a good book. If you need it dark, this would be the room to hibernate in. This is an interior roof and does not have a window. It works well for an office, kids room or a general napping room. Keep the door open and you'll get plenty of light!
We love the bathroom because it features a good size walk-in shower and ample space to spread toiletries on the counter. We're happy to send you a better picture of the size of the shower if needed. We also stock with a complimentary starter supply of toiletries and bath amenities.
Do you happen to have a dog? Well, we're dog lovers and will consider your pooch. Our shared backyard is fully fenced and available for your buddy to run around. Pet Fee is $5 per night
We also have assigned parking for one vehicle and there is additional free street parking.

**There will be a mandatory monthly cleaning for all renters staying over 30 days. This will include filter replacement for the HVAC. Payment will be made to the cleaning company at time of service**

Utilities are based off $130 credit per month on longer-term tenants. Utilities average under $100 per month, so there is a nice swing if you like the property a certain temperature. The utilities include trash, recycle, water, electric. Any over usage will result in a charge to the tenant.
