This comfortable 3/2 pool home nestled in the Village is only a short walk to what has been voted one of the best beaches in the world and what we think is one of the liveliest of chill beach towns in Florida. Delicious food, amazing coffee bars, live music, great shopping, friendly people and decadent desserts all within a 5 minute walk! Leave the stress of driving and parking behind and enjoy the true meaning of a vacation home.
The back lanai is screened and the fenced yard is grass. We have a gas grill, plenty of patio furniture and floats for the pool.
Nearby dining options include The Lobster Pot, The Cottage, Another Broken Egg,
*Siesta Key Oyster Bar (SKOB), *The Hub, Cafe Gabbiano's, *Daiquiri Deck,
*Gilligan's and *Blaise Café (* they have live music, too!)
Rent bikes and ride down to Turtle Beach to explore. Not a bike rider? Take the Trolley. It runs on a regular schedule from the Village to Turtle Beach and back. Best part - it's FREE!
If venturing out is your cup of tea, Sarasota has much to offer. How about
cruising on a Catamaran? The Kathleen B offers sailing trips to small
groups, where you'll explore what you can't by car. Located in Marina
Jack's, you can choose from daily trips to Dolphin Watch, Sunset Sail, True
Sail or their take their Big Pass Adventure. The boat is well maintained,
the staff is friendly and they know the area well!
Some other points of interest include St. Armands Circle (great shopping!), Ringling Museum and Selby Gardens. If you are a baseball fan catch an Orioles, Pirates, Twins, Red Sox, Rays or Yankees spring training game. There really is something for everyone!
