Let’s start from the top and work our way down, because we have a feeling you’ll be spending plenty of unforgettable moments on your 360 degree rooftop terrace. Up there, you’ll find a common area that is sure to be filled with laughter, and a more secluded spot to just enjoy some quiet time as you listen to the soothing crashing waves and nod off for just a few. Be sure to catch a glimpse of the community pool you’ll have access to, as it’s just off in the distance.
On the third floor lies four comfortable and quite welcoming beds. The master holds a king with a dual-sink vanity in its en suite, while the second bedroom proves great for families with its two twins, a queen and a separate en suite. We say this room comes close to perfection should you have little ones in tow or are vacationing with multiple families, like any traveling artistic community would.
Further down things truly start to get interesting, with a spacious gourmet kitchen, exquisite great room, and dining area that comfortably seats six. We suppose you could open a few windows to let that refreshing ocean air in, but this vacation is already a breeze. There’s also a bunk for four on this floor, should the kids not be able to get enough of each other. Finally, downstairs, is the media room and yet another guest room, for space is anything but at a premium at 30 Blu.
This unit is a short five minute walk to the beach with a bike rental shop right across the street to make the your travels even shorter. There are plenty of dining options available within walking distance including the only Irish Pub on 30A, Mediterranean food and sushi at Marie's Bistro and right next door is Redd's, home of the singing bartender! Right across the street you will find a healthy food store, an organic bakery and the bike rental shop. Blue Mountain Creamery, voted best ice cream on 30A, is located right down the road within walking distance.

Within 24 hours of booking:
~ You will receive an email confirmation containing important contact details for guest services and a link to access all of your vacation information from your smart phone.
~ Your deposit of 50% will be charged to your credit card to confirm your rental reservation.
As your arrival date approaches:
~ We will send reminders about the guest portal so you can make sure you have all your check-in details and rental extras covered before you arrive.
~ Just before check-in day, you will receive your access codes & other information specific to your rental home. When you arrive, you can go straight to the property and begin enjoying your vacation immediately without the hassle of typical check-in procedures.
At the beach:
~ Once you're here, our team will be on hand to answer any questions you may have, provide concierge support, or address any issues that may arise during your stay.
~ Now all you have to do is HAVE FUN!
~ Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Early check-in / late-check out is possible with an added charge and is subject to availability within 24 hours of arrival.
