On site is an equipped fitness room, which has 3 treadmills, 2 bikes, 2 cross-trainers/ellipticals, weight machines and free weights. There are 2 conference rooms and high speed wireless internet access throughout the building. A community barbecue area with 2 new gas grills and seating are also located on the property for guests use. The pool and hot tub are gated and overlook the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and also require keypad gated access for privacy. Nestled between the 2 gated non-rental housing communities, we enjoy a very private and quiet beach. During high season, there is security on site most nights of the week. There is also high speed wireless internet, covered parking for one vehicle with outside parking for additional vehicles and gated access. All 48 units in the 4 story building open into a 50 ft high tropical atrium with interior plants, large skylight, with sofas and chairs throughout. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available in high season. Bike rentals are also available right around the corner.
