CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations may be cancelled by Guest with notice to Owner prior to ninety (90) days of the date of the reservation for a full refund minus a $200.00 administration fee. A cancelled reservation within 60 - 90 days before check-in, will be refunded to Guest as half (50%) minus a $250.00 administration fee. Reservations cancelled within 60 days prior to your check in date, become non-refundable.
