Kateri Compound is two entirely separate homes, side by side in the historic east side of Santa Fe. I've owned Gorgeous on Garcia, 2 BR/ 2BA plus hot tub, for many years and families and friends have enjoyed the ambiance, art, style and comfort. Casa de Kateri, offers 3BR/2BA a large kitchen and a study too!
Nearby trails take you quickly to Canyon Road galleries, the downtown Plaza (less than a mile), the Capitol and Railroad districts. Smell the fresh mountain air and hear the Cathedral bells as you relax in the front or back portals. Soak in the hot tub (located between each home) after a day of site seeing, skiing or hiking.
Ski Santa Fe is 16 miles away (only a mile to Hyde Park Road to access the ski area) and close to either the Rail Runner Station or Fort Marcy Park to get on the ski bus!
These renovated homes are a sophisticated blend of contemporary and traditional Santa Fe. Relish the beautiful floors, original thick adobe walls, and viga ceilings. Enjoy the exquisite New Mexico art (both Spanish and Pueblo style) as well as traditional and contemporary furnishings.
Gorgeous on Garcia features 2 bedrooms and 2 baths (one with a jacuzzi tub). The plaster walls, visas, hard wood floors invite you to Santa Fe style. The dining room is spacious as is the outdoor patio. The galley kitchen is stocked with all you need.
Case Kateri is even more luxurious than Gorgeous on Garcia with high ceilings, diamond plaster walls, and elegance throughout. It is a larger home with 3 bedroom, a study (which can be used as an extra bedroom), and a very large and well-stocked kitchen. The Master Bedroom offers HD TV and SONOS as well as en-suite bath with walk-in shower. The other two guest bedrooms are large as well and access another large bathroom with walk-in shower. The back patio is fantastic.
Both homes have air-conditioning, state-of-the-art HD flat-screen television, cable, Sonos soundbar and wireless internet provide every modern convenience.
