The unit overlooks Lake Erie, the swimming pool, the marina, and has a breathtaking sunsets. You will also find stainless steel appliances a wine frig and granite counter tops in the well stocked kitchen.

This unit will accommodate 8 people maximum, though 6 people is the preferred maximum. A $7.00 per person surcharge, per night, will be added for each person registered for the reservation in excess of 6 people.

Please Note: By agreeing to book a rental home reservation with the owners of Chesapeake 318, evidenced by you providing us with your personal booking information necessary to complete your rental agreement, and by providing us with your credit card information, you agree to be bound by the owners 'Terms & Conditions', which includes our 'Cancellation Policy'. Until a reservation is confirmed, rates may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. The Mission of the owners is to offer the short term rental of a clean, well maintained, family-friendly, single family condominium unit in the Chesapeake Lofts building and to offer the accommodations at a fair and competitive price. ** The owners will only cater to individuals and families who will treat our "Home Away from Home" with the same care and respect they would give their own home and offer these accommodations in a professional and businesslike manner, while still maintaining personal and responsive hands-on service. Cancellation of reservations must be made sixty (60) days or more prior to arrival. A cancellation fee equal to 20 percent (20%) of the total rent (not including Damage Security Deposit) will be charged on all canceled reservations. Late cancellations with less than sixty days notice will result in forfeiture of the full advance deposit. Written notice is required for all cancellations. Cancellation and early departure due to inclement weather does not warrant a refund of rent. Chesapeake 318 is to be used as a vacation residence ONLY and for the exclusive use (residence, gym facility and pool) of registered tenants ONLY. Chesapeake 318 unit requires a $250.00 refundable Security Deposit. By completing your reservation, you acknowledge you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by the owners of Chesapeake 'Terms & Conditions'.
