我的房源靠近The property is located within walking distance to the beach & Golden Gate Park. It is an extremely safe neighborhood with top-rated schools. Easy access to public transportation. See below for more details. Also nearby are busy cafes, restaurants, markets & groceries (organic foods & products), a Safeway nearby is open until midnight everyday on (Noriega St & 32nd Ave), a very famous bakery- Devil Teeth Baking Co. on (Noriega St & 45th Ave), PollyAnn Ice Cream- on (Noriega St & 39th Ave).
Bright & charming home in the trendy Outer Sunset on 38th Ave between (Moraga St & Noriega St), closed to the beach (about 0.7 miles, 10 or 11 Short blocks from our apartment to the beach) & closed to Golden Gate Park. And closed to the Zoo as well (about 2 miles, 8 mins driving from our apartment to the Zoo).
Also closed to & easy to get to Golden Gate Bridge (about 5.5 miles, 13 mins driving from our apartment to Golden Gate Bridge).
All these attractions are easy to get to via public transports too, as well as to Union Square/ San Francisco downtown, financial district, Lombard Street & Fisherman's Wharf.
Features inuclude: A large beautiful private deck, has two bedrooms so that couples or families could have more room & privacy; the two bedrooms are overlooking the deck, (a king size bed in the master bedroom, a queen size bed in the other bedroom); a living from, the living room has two sofas, (one of them, the velvet one is a sofa sleeper that could lay down & turn into a full size/ about a full size sleeper which could accommodate one person), but it may not be suitable for a very tall person. With the two beds and a sofa sleeper, our place could accommodate up to 5 people. A full kitchen that guests could enjoy cooking their meals, a dining room & 1.5 bathrooms.
-The washing & drying machines are located downstairs next to the gate for guests to use, detergents/ laundry soaps & fabric softeners will be provided which are on the shelf above.
-For the TV: guests may enjoy watching free Amazon prime movies, shows/ news as well; but not cable TV.
We provide fresh clean towels, fresh clean bed linens & beddings, shampoo & body wash, face wash, body lotion & the toiletries.
We provide water bottles, tea bags, instant hot chocolate, instant coffee & ground coffee beans, we have a coffee machine there for guests to make coffee to enjoy; as well as snacks/ refreshments.
-Self Check-in is also available. Guests may feel free to check-in anytime after 3pm. Sometimes I will be out of town for work or vacation and once in awhile I will be out of the country for visiting my grandparents. If I am away, my husband, Edwin ((PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)) or my sister, Winnie ((PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)) will be available for help if guests need anything else or need any assistance, also I can be reached by Airbnb message, email, text message or phone call; please note that if I am out of the country, I can only be reached by Airbnb message or email, No phone call or text message as I will not get it at all. If and in case I cannot be there at the time guests arrive, I will leave keys inside the lockbox which the lockbox is on the gate handle downstairs; I will send my guests the code to the lockbox a couple of days before their check-in day and will also confirm the check-in time with guests and send instructions/ informations for the apartment. Please excuse me if I cannot be there to greet guests in person, I will include all the instructions/ details, hope it's okay with guests.
Please note that, during the holidays or our birthdays such as during Christmas time, (December 1st-3rd) and the (July of 2018), there will be a 3 nights minimum stay required and the July of 2018, there will be a 27 nights minimum stay required due to we want to enjoy our vacation/ birthday during the holiday seasons and our special dates. We do not want to do any housecleaning during the holidays and our important dates. And I am sure everybody doesn't want to work during the holidays and his/ her important dates too. And the price may be higher during the holidays and the summer/ the hot seasons. Thank you for your understanding!

Interaction with guests
If guests need help of anything, feel free to contact me anytime as I & my family are living in the unit below. And I will do the best I can to accommodate guests. Please note that from time to time, we may hear some noise from each other's unit when we talk loudly or actively walking as we are above & below each other; the building is old & the walls may be thin that sounds will travel. But the street/ neighborhood itself is generally really quiet. I also have a friendly dog, standard poodle who is sweet as candies living with me in the lower unit. He will bark a little when he hears strangers approaching the door (Dogs' nature). Guests' unit is the upper unit (main level of the house, not garage level), and it is completely private, except we only share the front gate downstairs to enter the building.
Other things to note
For parking: For guests' convenience, there is One Free driveway parking spot available which is located in front of the property/ apartment; guests may park One car there for free, no charge. And there are also plenty of free street parkings available at the location. If guests need to park their car on the street, be remember to look for the street sweeping signs; street sweepings here will usually happen twice a month, are usually the first and the third Monday/ Thursday of the month. Different street has different street sweeping days/ hours.
The living room has two sofas, (one of them, the velvet one is a sofa sleeper that could lay down & turn into a full size/ about a full size sleeper which could accommodate one person), but it may not be suitable for a very tall person.
I also have a friendly dog, standard poodle breed who is sweet as candies living with me in the lower unit. And he doesn't go up there to interact with guests. Guests' unit is the upper unit (entire floor), and it is completely private, except we only share the front gate downstairs to enter the building. Guests walk upstairs to access to their unit.
And every few days we might enter the deck to water the plants, especially during the hot days will need to water the pants more often, but we do not need to enter guests' unit to access to the deck, we access to the deck from our backyard.
