The house offers 2 units and a 2 car garage. Each home has a separate entrance.
Lower unit: King bed, queen bed, 2 twin beds, double couch
Upper unit: King bed, queen bed, twin couch, 2 twin beds, 3 fold mat
Details about the lower unit
The lower unit offers approx. 1,300 sq.ft. living space. Having the living space all on one level, makes this a perfect place for a family with small children. No steps or stairs to worry about inside the home and a big furnished patio to play, barbecue and relax.
This fantastic retreat offers a nice open floor plan with living, kitchen and dining area. Enjoy the luxury of a window AC in the living/dining/kitchen area as well as 2 big TVs (one in the living room and one in the bedroom). The living room offers plenty of seating for the entire family. One sofa can be used as an additional sleeping option. It folds to a queen bed. The kitchen is brand-new with nicest appliances and a bar with two stools facing the living room. Perfect for those memorable vacation nights where the family cooks and talks together with the patio door open enjoying a nice breeze from the ocean. All 3 bedrooms are located along the hallway in the back of the house. The Master offers a Queen bed, TV and an attached bathroom. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom share a bathroom and offer a King bed and two twin beds. Please note that the twin bedroom is very small.
Details about the upper unit
The upper unit offers approx. 1,500 sq.ft. living space and has central AC. This unit is not suitable for small children as it has a spiral staircase going from living room up to the loft (bedroom). The upper unit offers a nice open floor-plan with kitchen, dining and living area plus attached balcony with partial water views and BBQ. The kitchen offers nice appliances and lots of space and is equipped with everything you possibly need on your vacation. The dining room seats up to 8 people. The unit offers 3 bedrooms: The King and queen bedrooms are on the same level as the living area. The Master (King) bedroom offers a sleeper couch (sleeps 1), walk-in closet, TV and attached full bathroom stairs. There is another bedroom with attached half bath going up the spiral staircase which offers two twin beds and a 3 fold mat. Very cute, light and bright layout.
The house offers everything you might possibly need, including supplies such as laundry, hand, dishwasher and dish soap, toilet paper, paper rolls and of course all fresh and spotless clean linens, bath towels, fans throughout, hairdryer in each bathroom, iron, ironing board, and alarm clocks.
To make your stay even more enjoyable, we provide kid's equipment such as a high chair and a pack n play for each unit.
For beach fun you will find nice beach towels, beach chairs with umbrella, boogie boards and plenty of toys. If you choose to stay in one day, there are DVDs, books, magazines, and board games for the group.
The attached 2 car garage will fit one mid-sized SUV and one compact sedan. Note that the garage will not fit large mini-vans or two SUVs concurrently. Please plan accordingly.
The garage door is 15 feet wide and about another 12 inches on each side once you are parked inside. The length is 16.5 feet of car space with a little room (about 10 inches) front and back for clearance.

The max occupancy limit is 16 people, including any day visitors. We can not agree to more than 18 people at any time at the premises.
For "friend/adult only" groups we can agree to 8 people max and ALL must be over 35 years old. We absolutely do not want to rent to anyone that is intending to party at the house.
We have a NO smoking and NO pet policy. Please understand that people with allergies (renters as well as people in our team) count on the fact that the place is kept "pet free" and we wanna stand up to that promise. We would very much appreciate if people that plan to bring a service pet try to find a place that is pet friendly (please!).
From June through mid August we only rent Friday to Friday (7 nights). If you would like to check-in on a day different than a Friday and/or stay less than 7 nights, please send us an inquiry/email and NOT a booking request.
Once we received your request to book, we will email you a rental agreement for an electronic signature. Once it has been filled out/signed by you and agreed to by us, we will then charge your credit card for the down-payment and confirm your booking. No money will be held or charged from us until you signed the rental agreement.
Please note that at rare occasions we might not be able to move forward if a time frame requested does not fit well in our calendar. In this instance we will ask you to shift your dates or offer you alternatives if available.
25% of the room rate will be due upon reservation (once rental agreement has been signed). The remaining balance will be due 30 days prior arrival. Once paid these amounts are non-refundable. You do have the option to purchase travel insurance. We will send all details once your booking is confirmed.Get the full listing »
