We have recently added internet to the home. It is cellular based so usage is limited to 2GB per stay, plenty for work, email and web browsing but will not support streaming services. Most cell phone providers do work at the home, but it is a rural setting so service will not be as fast as in the city.
If you are interested in holding a special event please let me know. I do not allow events without prior approval. Due to zoning and limited parking, the home cannot accommodate any event more than 30-40 persons and ONLY then with advanced approval and event fee. Staffing, catering, photography and other services can all be arranged. The overnight guest limit is 12 adults.

History of the Manor
The manor was designed by famed architect and preservationist David John Carnivale who is known for his elaborate detail and ornate hand drawn plans. The architect and original owners wanted to bring an updated take on the English Manor house that combined the stately grandeur with the warmth and openness of a country estate.
The primary views are to the North, East and South looking across the Willamette Valley and on a clear day you can see Mt. Hood some 132 miles away along with Mt. Jefferson and Mt. Bachelor and the planted fields and orchards below and across the valley. We joke that the “Bad” view from the home is the 45 acre Pinot Noir and Chardonnay vineyard to the West .
The home was originally designed to include a small winery in the basement (currently unfinished) that would include a 5000 bottle wine cellar as well as a cask cave and room for a small production facility. The basement has not yet been completed but when done, will make the home over 6500 sf in the main building and 1500 in the living space above the garage for a total of some 8000 sf of living space.
As of June 2018, a 22KW solar installation will be complete to the South of the garage that is one of the largest residential installs in the State and will effectively produce all of the power for the home making it 100% carbon neutral.Get the full listing »
