This is a unique, 1 bedroom, Harbour Oaks Condominium. It is on the 2nd floor and located directly in the Village, within easy walking distance to shopping, restaurants, the St. Simons pier and beach.

The den can become a second bedroom, by using the sleeper sofa. There is a large living room, adjacent sunroom, and recently updated kitchen. If you can “tuna fish,” a weighted-key electric piano, is also in the living room. There are headphones, should you decide not to disturb your friends and family.

This gated community offers a swimming pool, and small gym. Everyone from toddlers, to our most mature guests will enjoy Neptune Park for picnics under the massive oak trees. Miniature golf, a playground, and a fishing pier are other attractions, in the park. This Condo has a beautiful view of the Harbour Oaks Canal and its landscaping. 7/10ths of a Mile to the beach and plenty of space to enjoy your vacation.

Every one of our properties is furnished with a “starter kit” of supplies, so that you don't have to run to the store at the start of your vacation.

Cancellation Policy:
60+ days from arrival - 100% refund
31-60 days from arrival - 50% refund
0-30 days from arrival – 0% refund

Cancellations will be charged a $65 cancellation fee
(without exception, even for same-day cancellations)

Deposit Policy:
$500 will be charged to your card at the time of reservation ($1000 for January & February bookings), a deposit which will be applied directly to your rental cost. The remainder will be charged automatically, 30 days prior to your arrival. If you’ve contacted us through Homeaway or VRBO, you will be responsible for their additional fees. Our online calendar is updated automatically, all quotes are accurate and include all fees. Regrettably, we cannot
offer early check-ins or late check-outs, as these hours are for housekeeping. If you need a late check-out, please book an additional night. No refunds will be granted for early departure.
