This is a modern house located on a resort style property with breathtaking views. It offers a cozy, private and very relaxing environment. Suited for families with older children, romantic getaways or just for a relaxing retreat. The house can accommodate up to 6 people comfortably. We have two bedrooms / two bathrooms and common spaces. The bedrooms are very cozy, comfortable and have air conditioners. The master bedroom has an on suite bathroom with shower filter system. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a shared bathroom. Shared spaces include living room with a queen sofa bed, dining, spacious family room, laundry room, out door shower and gorgeous pool. This property is not children friendly due to the pool (3-10ft deep) and open Lake access. Families with children must supervise them 100% of the time while being on the property.

There are TVs through out the house, some with wifi connection. The kitchen is fully equipped. You have access to a washing machine and dryer. Also beach towels, linens, beach umbrellas and chairs, barbecue, etc.

I will be at the house to greet you personally and to show you around the house and the property. My husband and I live in the house with our small dog "coco"; we have our own bedroom and bathroom on the west wing. We are a very friendly and helpful couple, however we do not interrupt your privacy unless you approach us with a concern or need. I can have coffee and continental breakfast ready for you if you request for a small fee. We enjoy hosting and its our desire to make sure that your stay is a pleasant one.

The house is in a residential area on a cul-de-sac (dead end street) therefore noise levels have to be under control. Parking is restricted to no more than two vehicles. The lake is not intended for swimming but you can fish. We have a small fishing boat for your use. Y Our home is your home, we want our guests to care for it like if it was their own.

Our street is very quiet and neighbors keep to themselves. Levittown is a very vibrant town with many shops, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies, supermarkets, etc. Close to Malls and Cinemas. It is centrally located between San Juan and Dorado. There is night life almost every night especially on weekends. We call it a mini "Las Vegas".

There is no public transportation nearby so you would need to rent a car or you can call an Uber. Ten min (10) drive to Old San Juan Ferry, Bacardi Plant, Dorado Gulf & Beach Club, Bayamon Science Park, Shopping Malls and much more.
