Any undisclosed guests not included in the official confirmation can place your stay at risk for early termination without refund and/or a charge of $50 per person/day.
-Please remember that you will be staying in a home, not a hotel. Therefore, we ask that you treat our space with the same respect you would show your own.
-This is a residential community. The onsite staff and leasing office are not equipped to assist you. Please be sure to reach out directly to us so we may resolve any issues should one arise.
-Pets are not allowed in our apartment, however, the entire community is pet-friendly so you may run into pets other residents own during your stay.
â€¢ Reservations cannot be made on behalf of any other party including parents booking Properties for their children. The person who books the Property must be present at the Property for the time of the reservation and take full responsibility for the Property. All communication regarding the reservation will only be made to the contact information associated with the profile that confirmed the reservation.
â€¢ Unapproved third-party reservations are subject to cancellation without refund.
â€¢ If you have any questions or concerns, reach out to us via the messaging system. You are our Guest. The onsite leasing office is for lease holders or new residence, they are not trained to assist you during your short stay.

â€¢ Check-in time is 4 pm MST, Check out time is 11 am MST. You may request different times for a small fee. (subject to availability)
â€¢ Please respect the other residents, no loud music or disturbances anytime. Quiet hours are from 10 pm until 8 am.
â€¢ We take your safety seriously, do not touch, disable, obstruct, or tamper in anyway with any of the safety or security devices so we can serve you to the best of our ability.
â€¢ No smoking, vaping, or use of any illegal substance at anytime in the home, on the patio, or within 25 feet of the complex property.
â€¢ Wash your dishes after use. Please wash knives by hand.
â€¢ Help keep our white towels white. Do not use white towels for makeup removal or cleaning. Dark colored towels have been provided in the bathroom and kitchen.
â€¢ Help keep our white linens white. Do not have food, shoes, luggage, or makeup on the beds.
â€¢ In an effort to maintain an allergen free home, leave your furry friends at your home.
â€¢ Child friendly does not mean the area is child-proof. It is the responsibility of the guardian/parent to monitor their children's actions AT ALL TIMES.
â€¢ NO parties, events, birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette stays, and the like.
â€¢ Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation and no unapproved visitors. Visitors (individuals not listed on the original reservation) are allowed in this home during the day with prior WRITTEN approval permitting that the total number of persons over the age of 2 does not exceed the maximum allowed. Just let us know how many individuals and how long they are going to be visiting. Upon our approval they are welcome to park in the cover public parking North of the building. If you fail to inform us of the visitor(s) or an approved visitor stays past 10 pm they are subject to the unapproved guest fee.
â€¢ Garage parking will be provided for ONE vehicle during your stay. In order to utilize the parking garage guest MUST have the parking pass visible from the front windshield at all times (hanging from the rear view mirror). FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN YOUR VEHICLE BEING TOWED. When entering and exiting the garage follow these rules to avoid damages: The automated doors open quickly, only proceed once the doors are fully opened, The doors are only programmed to remain open for a short amount of time. DO NOT follow other vehicles through the doors - stop and wait for the garage receiver to sense YOUR vehicle before proceeding. Do not stop under the garage door. There are NO Motion Sensors that will stop doors from closing if you improperly enter or exit the garage. If instructions are not followed, guest will be solely responsible to resolve any incidents, fees, charges, damages, etc related to failure in following this rule.
â€¢ Only park in your assigned parking spot.
â€¢ It is the guest's responsibility to lock their vehicle and accessories attached to the vehicle during their stay. There are NO Security Cameras in the garage. We are not responsible for the loss or damage of personal property. It is the sole responsibility of the guest to resolve any incidents that occur with the proper authorities.
â€¢ One key card has been provided for you during your stay. Only guests on the reservation are allowed to use this card and the amenities that are associated with the card.
â€¢ Leave key card and the parking pass in the key bowl upon checkout.
â€¢ No mail services available. We suggest guests set up a temporary mailbox at the nearby UPS Store or USPS. All packages and mail will be refused.
â€¢ Do not burn candles, incense or any other open flames.
â€¢ Guests are responsible to lock the door during their stay.
â€¢ We recommend all guests have traveler insurance of their own for the duration of their stay.
â€¢ We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises including in or around the hot tub area or exercise room.
â€¢ We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay.
â€¢ We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be shipping and a $50 handling fee for returning requested items to you.
â€¢ If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back.
â€¢ The person who booked the property will take full responsibility for the Property regardless. They will be responsible to pay any fees and damages that occur on the Property during their stay.
FEES AND TERMS OF CANCELLATION:
-Failure to leave key card will result in a $100 Charge.
-Failure to leave parking pass will result in a $100 Charge.
-Lost or damaged TV remote control can result in a $50 Charge per remote.
-Unwashed dishes will result in a $25 Charge.
-Packages or and mail delivered to the property will result in a $50 Charge per occurrence and can result in the cancellation of the remainder of your reservation without refund.
-Smoking of any kind or evidence of smoking will result in a $200 Charge for each occurrence and can result in the cancellation of the remainder of your reservation without refund.
-Unapproved guest will result in $50 per day/per person that is not stated in the number of guests in the original reservation.
-Disabling, obstructing, or tampering in any way with any of the safety or security devices, will result in a $200 fee for each occurrence and can result in the cancellation of the remainder of your reservation without refund.
-Any pet in the home will result in a $250 Charge.
-Unapproved late checkout fees: Every 30 min after 11 am is an additional $50.
-Due to our good neighbor initiative we monitor noise levels. Conversations are NOT recorded only loudness (decibels) during every stay in the living room. We take the good neighbor initiative very seriously. As a courtesy the host will reach out only ONCE to inform guest(s) of any loud noises/disturbances in order for guest to correct the issue. If there is another incident, guest(s) will need to vacate the property immediately and it will result in the cancellation of the remainder of your reservation without refund.Get the full listing »
