The space is yours for your stay so our interaction can be as limited as you'd like. We do live in the 2nd floor apartment and would love to welcome you into our home and assist you as needed. We are very active in the Providence music and cultural scene, and love food, so we are more than happy to help guide you in the right direction or offer insider tips.
Please note: our house is NOT a party house. We live in the house so parties won't be tolerated. Everyone on the premises must be registered guests. Be open about if you'd like to have guests over. This policy is strictly enforced for the safety and security of all residents and the property.
The house was built in 1905 and has many original features such as the wood floor, stained glass window and all original two tone wood doors and knobs. The house is not brand new and not perfect. The wood floor may make a noise and some areas are more worn than others, and the old house may creak, but it is a cozy space we put a lot of effort and love into to give it new life and hope you'll enjoy.
Basic breakfast will be available including coffee, tea and bagels.Get the full listing »
