The apartment has views over Lisbon and a wonderful terrace. A short distance from the neighborhoods of Alfama and Graça.
This apartment is a 3rd floor with no elevator. It has 70m2 and includes two bedrooms with double bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and a bedroom with two single beds.
The living room has TV with USB media player and audio system with Bluetooth.
There is a dining space in the kitchen.
The kitchen is equipped with oven and hob, fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and utensils
There is a bathroom with bathtub
The terrace has a table, chairs and an umbrella.

Free Wi-Fi. Central Heating. Amazing view over the city. Terrace with table and chairs. The tram stop 28 is 400 meters away. Rossio Metro Station is 650 meters away. A cot can be provided, but please inform in advance.
Due to works, part of the street Costa do Castelo is closed to the movement of cars and people. Guests are required to arrive at the apartment on Calçada de Santo André Street.
This is a licensed local lodging accommodation, registered at Turismo de Portugal (33716/AL).
RULES OF THE HOUSE
No parties are allowed and smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. At the end of the stay, the apartment must be left in good condition. The hour of calm is from 10:00 to 20:00. Neighbors must be respected.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Check in time is after 4 pm and check out is 11 am at the latest. Please note that check-in times are subject to prior confirmation and can be booked between 16:00 and 21:30. Depending on availability, we are flexible with these schedules.
ADDITIONAL CHECK-IN FEES
Extra charge of 35 euros for check-in from 9.30 pm to 8 am and an additional 25 euros for check-in on weekends and Portuguese holidays until 9.30 pm
Please note that the city tax is EUR 2 per person per night. This tax is charged to guests over 13 years old, for a maximum of 7 nights. This value is not included in the total price and must be paid on site.
During the stay, the main guest will be responsible for the apartment. Any damage will be charged and we reserve the right to charge the credit card of the main guest.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Each apartment is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for each arrival. For stays of more than seven days, we perform a mid-stay cleaning. The client is obliged to respect and leave the apartment in good general condition.
As required by law, we are required to report your stay to the Immigration and Border Service (SEF). All guests must present a passport or ID card upon arrival.Get the full listing »
