The apartment 120 is located in the typical area of Alfama, the medieval part of Lisbon. The apartment has a beautiful view!
The apartment is a 3rd floor (no elevator), has 140m2 and includes:
- Large living room with two areas, separated by stairs and a curtain. On one side there is a double sofa bed, a single bed (185cmx90cm), a double sofa and a single, TV
- a kitchen with washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, electric hob and oven, fridge with freezer
- a bathroom with a spa bath
- a bathroom of service
- bedroom with a hand-carved king size bed (160cm wide), a replica of the Portuguese style "Bilros"
- bedroom with 2 wrought iron beds (130cm wide each)
- bath case with whirlpool
GOOD TO KNOW
Free Wi-Fi. Electric and gas heaters available. The tram stop 28 is 150 meters away. Terreiro do Paço Metro Station is 700 meters away. Santa Apolónia Train Station is 750 meters away. A crib can be provided, but please inform in advance.
This is a licensed local lodging accommodation, registered at Turismo de Portugal (1281/AL).
RULES OF THE HOUSE
No parties are allowed and smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. At the end of the stay, the apartment must be left in good condition. The hour of calm is from 10:00 to 20:00. Neighbors must be respected.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Check in time is after 4 pm and check out is 11 am at the latest. Please note that check-in times are subject to prior confirmation and can be booked between 16:00 and 21:30. Depending on availability, we are flexible with these schedules.
ADDITIONAL CHECK-IN FEES
Extra charge of 35 euros for check-in from 9.30 pm to 8 am and an additional 25 euros for check-in on weekends and Portuguese holidays until 9.30 pm
Please note that the city tax is EUR 2 per person per night. This tax is charged to guests over 13 years old, for a maximum of 7 nights. This value is not included in the total price and must be paid on site.
During the stay, the main guest will be responsible for the apartment. Any damage will be charged and we reserve the right to charge the credit card of the main guest.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Each apartment is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for each arrival. For stays of more than seven days, we perform a mid-stay cleaning. The client is obliged to respect and leave the apartment in good general condition.
As required by law, we are required to report your stay to the Immigration and Border Service (SEF). All guests must present a passport or ID card upon arrival.Get the full listing »
