An old-school villa with a bit of a quirky layout but you get three large bedrooms, spacious living accommodation, beautiful secluded gardens and a large swimming pool with a built-in barbecue beside it and a shaded dining terrace draped with vines. The villa is accessed via electric gates down a narrow drive to the ample parking area, it's a secluded location although you can see the rear of a neighbouring villa from the garden. Please note that there's no air conditioning at this villa.
Located in Vale d'el Rei on the eastern side of Carvoeiro in rural peace you have the modern hotel and Quinta Rosal holiday village just a short walk away and both have a good restaurant. For spectacular sandy beaches you have Marinha and Benagil just a few minute's drive south of the villa, incredibly beautiful and with lots of places to eat either by the sand or close to it. You're also close to the small town of Porches, which was famous for its traditional pottery, it has basic grocery shopping and a couple of places to eat whilst Carvoeiro town and Lagoa are few minutes drive west with excellent tourist and commercial facilities including Aldi, Intermarche and Apolonia (Waitrose of the Algarve) supermarkets.
Accommodation is all on one level
Large bedroom with twin mattresses on a super-king-size base, can be made up as either, ceiling fan, built-in robes and doors out to the pool terrace. There's a shower room opposite and two small sitting rooms, one with a handy fridge and another door to the pool terrace.
On the other side of the villa is another large bedroom with super-king or twin bed with a view of the grounds and a large twin bedroom, with doors to the dining terrace, built-in robes and there's another shower room.
There's a large kitchen with all the appliances you'll need for your holiday catering, it leads into the large dining area and lounge, comfortably furnished and with a wood burner for cosy nights in spring and autumn and satellite TV and music player. Doors open to the outdoor dining terrace with dappled shade from the canopy of vines, there are lovely views over the gardens and close by is the built-in barbecue and pool with surrounding, secluded sun terrace draped in bouganvillea.
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking with final balance due 10 weeks before departure, unless your departure date is within 10 weeks of travel when full payment will be required on booking.
