This modern, contemporary home was built five years ago and features an open main floor layout, conducive to entertaining, with the added benefit of a private office on the main floor, as well a half bathroom. The kitchen is well stocked with high end appliances and even things like a crock pot. We provide white on white plates and more , with 18 of each, so you don’t need to run dishes after each meal! The gas pebble fireplace makes for a cozy retreat on cold winters days, nestled between the two living couches. Alternatively, in the summer heat, we have central air conditioning throughout the house.
All of the bedrooms are located on the second floor. The master ensuite is huge and has a luxurious king sized bed and tv. The bathroom hosts a double sink and extra large tiled shower. The closet is larger than some peoples bedrooms! I wish I had one of those! The other two bedrooms have queen and full sized beds, and share a full bathroom. The fully equipped laundry room is also located on this level, which also holds additional linens and towels.
Per city code, a full time resident resides on the ground level of the property, allowing this to be legal vaction rental, and as such is permitted through the city of Portland. There is no access between the full time residents unit and the main house.
Please note that this is a no smoking and no pet property. Violation of either will result in a $500.00 fine. In addition, in order to maintain the beauty of this home, we ask that you not wear shoes in our home. We provide slippers at the front entry, but feel free to bring your own.

Please note that we are taking every precaution possible to make sure that you have a “safe stay “ with us. You will find hand sanitizer, wipes, at the entry of our property. In addition, we exercise the use of through anti bacterial cleaners throughout the house. In addition, we try to have a delay of guests arriving two days prior to and after departure to insure safety for our cleaning crew, as well as our guests.
