“This is the place where I'll always want to stay when visiting Portland. Of all the places I've visited there, this was by far the nicest. It's far more ample than anticipated and so perfectly appointed. Thank you for making it available to others!” Juan, Seattle WA.

Come to Portland and stay in our immaculate, open and spacious home, located in the best East side neighborhood Portland has to offer. Enjoy world class restaurants, bars, shopping, and theaters just minutes away. The house has a bedroom and full bath on the upper floor and a bedroom and 1/2 bath on the main floor, which we’ve been told is perfect for traveling couples, small groups or adult families wanting both togetherness and privacy from each other.
Our home has 2 spacious bedrooms, 1 ½ baths, and 2000 square feet of living space on 2 floors. The main floor is littered with crown moldings, hardwood floors, and new fixtures keeping its vintage feel while still being very modern. The main floor suite bedroom offers a king-sized comfy pillow top mattress, a fireplace, and French doors that open to the main floor rear deck. Take a few steps and find the stairway that leads to the hot tub, pond, and garden areas. Swing the doors open and let the mild morning or evening air greet you with the soothing sound of the pond waterfall in the background - simply the best way to start or finish any day. Your own private oasis, ALL from this 1 room!
Climb the original fir wood staircase and find high pitched, dramatic roof lines extending to a huge master suite and adjacent master bath. The master suite has a comfortable king-sized bed and a new 50" 4K television with a far-reaching extendable arm that creates a theatre type viewing experience. The 3rd floor loft and balcony are also adjacent to the master suite - this private, small balcony towers above the neighborhood and offers some stunning views of downtown Portland.
Relax and enjoy our peaceful, tree lined street in front of our brand new fire pit and in one of our cushy front porch chairs. Head to the back of the house and the main floor patio area that is open, spacious and offers amazing privacy. Sit back and enjoy the lush gardens and the soothing sound of our pond waterfall. Climb into the well maintained hot tub anytime for a nice, relaxing soak. If you like to cook, we keep our gourmet kitchen fully stocked. If inside entertainment is your thing, enjoy your favorite sports team or a movie on the Sony projection TV and 100” screen.
The house couldn't be in a better location - walk to phenomenal, and diverse restaurants, bars and food carts only 4 blocks North on SE Hawthorne or 5 blocks South on SE Division. Visit the many unique stores, theaters, and cafes along both of those streets and all throughout the Portland area. Enjoy an ice cream cone from Salt & Straw just minutes away from the house. We're 420 friendly - visit one of the many professional local dispensaries for a fun new experience. You'll find exceptional coffee, amazing food, and award winning craft beer everywhere.
Beer tours are offered daily within a 5-minute drive or about a 30-minute walk. We also provide you with comprehensive community news, arts and entertainment where you'll find brochures and directories for all the current local activities. Downtown and NW Portland are a 10-15 minute drive depending on the time of day - a scenic walk to downtown takes about an hour one-way. It's said that if you don't cross the river at least once during your time here, you'll be missing the full Portland experience.
If you want to extend your legs a bit more, you can ski year-round 1 hours’ drive east on Mt Hood, OR if surf and sand is what you seek, the beach is 1 hours’ drive to the West. Wine country is about 45 minutes away and you will find many antique stores in these areas.Get the full listing »
