INSIDE THE HOUSE
Park up to 2 cars in the driveway of our breezy home in Long Island Village, located just steps from the community golf course. Step through sliding glass doors into the living room. There's a tucked away laundry closet to the right, with a bright ½-bath to the left.
The tiled living room is furnished with a relaxing recliner and a plush red couch. Eclectic art and trendy lighting adds a unique touch to this room, where you can kick back after the day's adventures and turn on the 32” flat-screen TV.
A ladder in the living room leads to the carpeted loft—a fantastic play space for the kids, a hideaway reading nook or extra spacve to spread out and sleep. The home has 2 queen size air mattresses.
Bedroom 1 is located off the living room and detailed with a full-size wrought metal frame day bed and a massive walk-in closet. Sliding glass doors lead out to the deck, where you can see peeks of the water from a quaint table and chair set.
Find the dining area and the kitchen off the living room. The dining area seats 5 beneath a cooling ceiling fan, and the smart and simple kitchen is to the right. Bright white counters, cabinets, and appliances serve as a blank canvas to your culinary creations, and accoutrements include a double bay sink, an island, electric stove/oven, and a fridge—no dishwasher.
The hallway off the dining area leads to a full bath with a shower/tub combo and plenty of counter space, and the 2nd bedroom awaits at the end of the hall. There you'll find a cozy queen-size bed, a 19” TV, and plenty of storage for your beachwear.

You’re right on the canal in the gated community of Long Island Village, meaning there’s a lot to do without heading far afield. Bring a boat and head out into the Port Isabel Channel.
If you’re keen on fishing, you’ll find plenty of fishing piers to choose from here. Try Pirate’s Fishing Pier, 1.5 miles away, and while you’re there you can sample the many eateries. Dirty Al’s specializes in Cajun and seafood, and Manuel’s can’t be beaten for Mexican food.
The Port Isabel Historic Lighthouse has a view that makes the climb worth it, and history buffs will enjoy the Port Isabel Historic Museum and Treasures of the Gulf Museum—all within 1.5 miles of the home.
