At the end of a fun-filled day, your sunny living room offers a spacious and comfortable spot for everyone to convene. Settle in on the sofa, or armchair and challenge your crew to a card game or the other fun games we have for your enjoyment. There is a DVD for you to bring your favorites and unwind with a movie on the flat screen smart TV with Dish Network.
Prepare favorite foods in the modern and fully-equipped kitchen with ample counter space, and a bar that has seating for eight. There are all stainless steel appliances, and a Kuirg, for coffee and tea. We keep K-cups of these stocked with sugar and creamer. You have two blenders for your favorite beverages. Also you have a toaster for breakfast needs.
Find quiet privacy in the master bedroom, where you will find a king sized bed, walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a couples shower. You also have a smart tv with Dish Network.
Two additional bedrooms are located across the hallway. The first features two full size beds and a smart tv with Dish Network. The second bedroom offers two full size beds. The second full bath is directly across the hallway from both bedrooms.
The guest bathroom provides a shower/tub combination.
The forth bedroom has a queen size bed that is right off the living area.
All bedrooms are furnished with new mattress and only organic cotton sheets.
Relax on the deck with tall wooden beach chairs, made by a local at Bill's Chairs and a table for al fresco meals. You have expansive views of the Gulf of Mexico, to enjoy your morning coffee or your favorite drinks in the evening as the sun goes down and the blue sky goes to pinks and purples. Downstairs there a Tiki bar to share drinks and meals and a swing to enjoy the breeze. There is a downstairs shower to wash away the beach sand and salt. There are toys in the garage for all ages, skim boards, volley ball net, and a small pool filled with sand castle making buckets and tools. Chairs for laying out and sitting at the beach.
Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, an outdoor shower, and driveway parking for up to six vehicles.
Wi-Fi is provided at no additional charge in the home. A secure password is located in the house manual.
Wi-Fi can be intermittent with weather and due to location on Boliver Peninsula it is NOT guaranteed.
Linens are provided. One set per bed. Pillows and pillow cases. Blankets and quilts are organic cotton. Towels 2 per guest, wash clothes 2 per guest, 2 hand towels per bath. Our linens are organic cotton.
Extras that are provided: We will supply a starter pack of 4 trash bags, 2 rolls of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 6 pods of laundry detergent, 6 dish washer pods, coffee filters, fabric softener, for a two night stay. In case of a late arrival we try to keep one time use amenities, enough coffee for one pot, sugar, sweetener and creamer packets.

Downstairs there is a large picnic table perfect for getting out of the sun or enjoying the grill for hamburgers, steaks or or the catch of the day! We try to keep charcoal and lighter fluid stocked for you, if you have any left over feel free to leave for next renters. The grill is located in the garage and we ask that you clean it if you use it, and return to the garage. Before check out we ask that you rinse off the downstairs cemented area.
There are beach toys for everyone in the garage. Sand castle making tools, buckets, shovels and sand forms. A small pool for toddlers and boogie boards for the young or young at heart! Chairs for the beach and six laying out chairs. If you do take them to the beach bring them back in the evening so they don't disappear. Also you will find a volleyball net and ball. We ask that you rinse off all items that are taken to the beach before returning to the garage.
Located downstairs is a large outdoor shower for rinsing off the beach sand.
We are pet friendly, but do require a $25 deposit for each pet, that is non-refundable. If there are more than two please ask for permission in advance.
There is enough parking space for six full size vehicles.
Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, unless agreed to prior to check in date by owner and in writing.
Check out is at 11:00 a.m. Central Standard Time, unless agreed to prior to check in by owner and in writing. Late check outs will be charged $50.00 for every hour after 11:00 a.m. unless agreed to by owner and in writing.
Early check-in and late check-out are available ONLY by request at time of booking.
We do not allow events. The house is not set up for over maximum occupancy of 12.
Any gathering such as a day party, BBQ, Prom party, Wedding or Reunions that exceeds the maximum occupancy for the home (12) is considered an event.
The house uses an aerobic septic system and has a maximum occupancy and therefore when exceeded, additional restrooms are required. If you violate this policy, you will loose your entire deposit and be required to pay for any damages to the septic system.
Renting age: Minimum of 25.
Youth: Reservations require one chaperone for every four minors (anyone that does not meet our minimum renting age of 25). Each chaperone is required to provide a copy their drivers license, be at least 25 years of age. All chaperones must be onsite with the minors at all times. If this policy is violated, the rental agreement is immediately terminated and you will be asked to leave the premises. There will be no refunds and each chaperone will subsequently be fined.
Please remember that parking is limited to six vehicles, which reduces the entertainment space underneath the house. Street parking is monitored, as well as limited, so in consideration of our neighbors, DO NOT PARK on the neighbor's property. No mobile sleeping units, such as RV campers, may be used for cooking, sleeping, or any other purpose other than transportation. Trailers may not be parked anywhere on property without prior approval. Vehicle owner's park at their own risk. Owner of home will not assume responsibility or liability for damage or loss of the renter's vehicle(s) and or contents therein.
We do not offer travelers insurance. You may choose to purchase travel insurance separately in case of unforeseen circumstances, and we highly recommend it. Example Access America - (URL-HIDDEN)
Storm: Refunds will be given if the state or local authorities order a mandatory evacuation in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" and/or a mandatory evacuation order has been given for the "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest. The day that the authorities order an evacuation order in a "TropicalStorm/Hurricane Warning" Area, we will refund any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered. Any unused portion rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" is lifted. Any advance rent collected or deposits for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" period.
