The master bedroom has a king size bed, includes en suite bath and is just steps away to a breezy balcony with ocean views. The second guest bedroom offers a king size bed with full bathroom attached. The third guest bedroom offers a queen size bed with a bathroom right across the hall. Bunk room is close by with 2 sets of twin bunks so the kids are close but have their own place to hang out. Additional queen size sofa bed is available. There are plenty of bathrooms so the family can get ready for a dinner out after a day in the sun.
On the third level enjoy pristine ocean views from the roomy kitchen, dining and living areas. The third floor balcony provides additional space to relax and feel the cool ocean breeze. Access the rooftop viewing deck from the third balcony and take in the breathtaking 360 degree views of the ocean and all of Port Aransas. A half-bath is conveniently located on the third floor as well.
The first level includes a covered patio for children to play or hang out.

Before traveling to Port Aransas/Village Walk please plan the correct number of vehicles you drive in accordance to the rules below:
1) Beach View 54 provides 3 paved parking spaces for 3 medium sized vehicles. If a golf cart is rented that will be counted as a parking space.
2) Parking Tags will be provided by Port A Beach House Company. All tags must be returned to Port A Beach House Company upon checkout. $25.00 replacement fee for each lost tag
3) All vehicles must be parked in the driveway of Beach View 54. No Street Parking, No Parking in Red Zones, and No Parking in other Village Walk Driveways
4) No Boats, Trailers, Buses, RV’s allowed in Village Walk
5) Towing will be strictly enforced
