The house of the Prime Minister is just 200 m away. The real jewel lies behind the house - just 200 meters away you have the entrance to the Royal Lazienki Park - the oldest and most beautiful park in Warsaw, a must visit place in Warsaw.
There is small restaurant in nearby apartment building (200m), where you can have your morning coffee or last snack in the evening. The nearby Regent Warsaw Hotel (200m) offers restaurants and bars. Around 450 meters away is also a good Mexican restaurant "Blue Cactus" open late in the evening.
Right in front of the entrence to the residencial area there is a local grocery store open 7 days a week. A major convenience for those who want to have a drink and some snacks on the terrace, and not make a major exercise out of it.
Bus stop, ATM, restaurants and grocery shop, are located within a radius of 50-300m meters.
The Royal Route (Polish: Trakt Królewski) in Warsaw, is a former communication route that led southward from the city's Old Town.
