Washing machine& Dryer:
For your convenience, we have indoor washing machine and dryer for you.
Each floor has one trash room.
Please don't smoke inside the building.If we discover anybody smoking inside the building, we may deduct the security deposit.
Drink or Seasoning:
Due to safety issue, there are no any drink, coffee bean/ coffee powder and seasoning supply by the host in the apartment, please prepare by the guest.
All the towel in bathroom are for regular use only, please don’t use that as beach towel and something else .
We have a zero-tolerance policy with noise complaints. We ask that you please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.
Quite Hours from 10PM-8AM (week) and 10PM - 9AM (weekends).
No Large Gatherings/Parties no pets Visitors:
We ask that all guests let us know in advance if they plan on having any visitors during their stay.
No Lit candles -Tenants:
We will not do anything or keep anything in or about the premises that in any way will increase the risk of fire or that may conflict with fire regulations.
Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. We understand things happen but we do require that all guests inform us if anything is damaged during their stay.
Security Deposit :
A damage deposit of USD 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
The use or involvement of illegal substances is highly prohibited and will result in eviction from the property, and may also result in law enforcement participation.
The guests undertakes to hold the Host harmless against any and all loss, claims, causes of action, demands and/or costs and expenses that may be incurred by the guests in relation to the unit rental. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. By requesting and/or making a reservation, all guests are agreed to follow the house and the building rules by the management. Failure to follow the rules will result in expulsion from the property and also, the remaining rental will not be refunded and the security deposit will be forfeited.
There is a $100 for lost car card/tag/remote control and $50 per lost key.
Lost and damaged items will be deducted from your Security Deposit.
Any issues with the house/apartment with regards to appliances, electrical, pool, or anything related to the maintenance of the house will be fixed within 24 hours. There will not be any compensation given to the client in this matter since we will fix any issues related to the property. If it is beyond repair and the house or apartment is in an uninhabitable condition, alternate accommodations will be arranged. This will be done only after 48 hours of complaint.
