This chill and very colorful beachfront getaway boasts a furnished balcony with a fantastic view -- the perfect spot to relax under the warm Florida sunshine. Inside, this condo features a full, well-equipped kitchen with upgraded features and a breakfast bar, a bar height table and stool set in the dining area, and an inviting living area with sliding glass door access our to your private balcony. Guests of this vacation rental will also enjoy access to multiple pools, a fitness center, and, of course, miles of soft sandy beach just steps away.
Just steps away, via public beach access, you will find shore fishing, parasailing, jet ski rentals, and many other exciting activities! Less than a mile from your rental, visit Saint Andrews State Park for fishing, picnicking, hiking, and much more. And right next door to this property is Schooners, a local favorite offering beachfront dining and entertainment.

Parking passes and required wristbands are included in your reservation. Please note: guests may be limited to one (1) parking pass per reservation on certain dates.

Parking Notes: Seychelles parking rules: Year-round except for restricted stay dates - On Site: Guests will receive one parking pass for free. Guests may purchase a second parking pass (depending on availability) for $15 plus tax, valid for their entire stay.
Additional Off-Site Parking: Coastal Standards Parking Lot- located around the corner (not on site, but a 2-4 minute walk to Seychelles) - Additional parking passes can be purchased for $20 plus tax/day.
Guest Entry Instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires an unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (â€œManagementâ€), plus tax if applicable (the â€œDamage Waiverâ€). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.)
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
