This ground floor location truly creates the ambiance of being in a beach house. The view of the pool, Gulf of Mexico, award winning beach, and the Russell-Fields fishing pier create the feeling of staying at a five star resort.
The Calypso is located on the snow-white, sugar sands of beautiful Panama City Beach. A convenient walk to Pier Park, City Pier, Gulf World, Calypso Cafe, and more. Minutes to Frank Brown Recreation Center (ballpark and aquatic center).
Relax and enjoy the ground floor convenience with an expansive ocean view. Our balcony is located at the gorgeous, tropical landscaped 175-foot heated, lagoon-style pool (one of two pools). You have complete balcony access and ocean and pool views from the living area, kitchen and master suite.
Our very spacious (1372 square feet) platinum unit. For our returning guests, you have a few surprises in store! (Including a 2nd King bed!) You will LOVE huge mirror above the sofa which perfectly reflects the sparkling turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. We could think of no better picture than the ocean LIVE!
Luxury accommodations are provided by a king in the master, king in the guest bedroom, and a bunk bed that sleeps 3 in the third bedroom. There is also a new (2019) queen sleeper in the living room.
Our unit can sleep 9 guests, but the fire code allows 8.
There are many extras including nine-foot ceilings with crown molding, ceramic tile throughout (fewer allergens), granite counters in the bathrooms and kitchen, and full size washer and dryer located in a separate laundry room. A mirrored wet bar with recessed lighting to create your tropical drinks awaits you.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances and everything to make your vacation enjoyable. Cooking is a dream come true, with THAT VIEW from the kitchen sink, but there are so many restaurants in walking distance - it's a toss-up! Fun decisions!
Our unit is 100% NON-SMOKING.
Smoking is not allowed on our balcony. Smoking includes e-cigarettes and vapor products.
In consideration of those who may have allergies, WE DO NOT ALLOW PETS.
Guests under age 25 must be accompanied by parents during the entire stay.
A $300 reservation/security deposit by major credit card or check will hold your reservation. Cancellations must be made 120 days in advance to receive refund. We only rent weekly during the summer months with a Saturday check in and checkout. There is a three day minimum stay during other periods. Payment in full is due 60 days prior to arrival.
