Spend your afternoons basking in the sunshine, working on a crossword puzzle, or simply enjoying the spectacular view up the coast from your spacious balcony at this Tidewater Beach Resort condo! This gulf-front retreat offers gorgeous views, free beach service in season, and on-site resort amenities that include multiple swimming pools, several hot tubs, a 4,300-square-foot fitness center, an arcade, and a movie theater.
Head downstairs to find a Starbucks and Waves Bar & Grill within the resort, or stroll just over half a mile east to reach Pier Park and its dozens of stores, restaurants, and sources of entertainment (including an IMAX theater, the Panama City Beach Skywheel, and live music events). Catch at least one sunrise on the Russell-Fields Pier (three-quarters of a mile east), fit in a wildlife encounter at Gulf World (one mile east), or plan a visit to ZooWorld or WonderWorks in the heart of downtown (six miles east).

Parking Notes: Parking spaces aren't dedicated. The parking garage is located across the street from the building. There is a code required to access the parking garage (this is your gate code). There is a sky bridge on level 2 that will take you across the street to the main building. After crossing the sky bridge, you will reach a concierge desk. This is where you can pick up your parking passes (a maximum of two per unit). You will also receive wristbands that will give you access to on-site amenities with your parking pass. Fifteen-minute parking is permitted under the front porte-cochere. Watercraft, trailers, campers, motor homes, buses, or other oversized vehicles are not allowed to be parked on-premises. No vehicle exceeding 7 feet, 2 inches in height is allowed in the garage. For the
safety of all, pickups with extended beds, extended cabs, dual wheels, tow bars, and extended rear luggage carriers are to park in the north side rear of the garage. All trailers must be approved by the HOA prior to parking in the garage. Roof luggage carriers must be removed before entering the garage. Rental golf carts, scooters, and bubble cars are not authorized to park in the garage or porte-cochere and are subject to tow at the renterâ€™s expense.
Guest Entry Instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires an unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
Water Access: On the ground floor, on the East and West sides, there are hallways that lead to the beach access. There are signs to direct you. There is a gate to get to the beach and a code is required.
Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (â€œManagementâ€), plus tax if applicable (the â€œDamage Waiverâ€). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.)
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
