For short term rentals, a $200 non-refundable deposit is due upon acceptance of a signed Rental Agreement by property management. This $200 is applied towards your total rental costs. Remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. If reservation is made within 30 days of arrival, full payment would be due. Seachase E301 is a beautifully decorated, light and airy remodel that includes tile throughout, with a beautiful detailed inlay in the dining room, an upgraded kitchen with a classy tray ceiling, custom cabinetry, beautiful hard surface counter tops and top of the line stainless steel appliances. There is even a warming drawer! Both bathrooms have walk in showers and updated light fixtures and hardware, and the master also has an oversized tub! The comfortable living room includes a queen sleeper sofa and the laundry room has a full sized, front loading washer and dryer! But, the best thing about this unit is THE VIEW! 60' of wall to wall, floor to ceiling glass lets you see the Gulf of Mexico from every room (except the bathrooms!). And, since this unit is close to both the elevator and the gentle stairway, taking your small dog family members out is really convenient! This unit is gorgeous!
A maximum of TWO well-behaved and well-trained dogs (under 30 lbs) are allowed in this unit! A non-refundable pet of $95 per pet applies.
Beach Chairs are NOT included with the rental of this unit.
PLEASE NOTE: NO SPRING BREAKERS. THERE MUST BE SOMEONE OVER THE AGE OF 30 IN THE UNIT AT ALL TIMES. AS PER NEW CITY ORDINANCE, NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE ALLOWED ON THE BEACH DURING THE MONTH OF MARCH.
*The Peak Summer Season (approximate dates are after Memorial Day Weekend thru the 2nd week of August) are Saturday to Saturday ONLY.
*Please inquire for MONTHLY RATES. Monthly Fall rates are available for November and December. Monthly Winter rates have a minimum of January and February with an option of staying thru the 3rd week of March. The month of March will not be available as a stand alone monthly rental.

* The events listed above are meant to assist the guest and are not necessarily all inclusive for the area. Some events may have been added, cancelled or changed. Management is not responsible for any event modification, as we do not schedule or monitor these events. It is the sole responsibility of the guest to research the area before finalizing their vacation dates.
CANCELLATION: Cancellation by guest of reservation at any time after payment of Security Deposit will result in forfeiture of the entire Security Deposit. All cancellations must be requested and confirmed in writing. To protect against cancellations caused by certain unforeseen events, such as illness, death, natural disasters, etc., we recommend that Guests purchase Trip Cancellation and Interruption Protection insurance to assure refund of deposits paid and reimbursement of other vacation payments. We reserve the right to cancel any reservations with a full refund to the guest for any units that the owner has withdrawn from the rental program or which in our sole discretion, deems uninhabitable. Further, we reserve the right to cancel this agreement, with a full refund of any deposits or rents paid, if we, in our sole discretion, finds Guest or members of Guest's party to have left a property in sub-standard condition during a current or previous rental period.
REFUNDS: Refund of monies charged shall only be made under the following circumstances: (1) if we are not able to relocate Guest to a comparable accommodation: (2) the property is deemed unfit for habitation, (3) the property has been sold by the owner, (4) the property has been removed from our rental program, (5) access to the property by visitors has been prohibited by authorities, (6) see HURRICANE POLICY BELOW. If a portion of the reserved dates is re-booked by another guest at a comparable rate, a pro-rata refund will be made. There will be NO refunds given due to housekeeping issues. Please notify our office immediately to have any cleaning concerns corrected. There will be NO refunds for early departures for any reason including inclement weather and evictions. All refunds, whether in whole or in part, are subject to a 15% processing fee on all monies charged.
HURRICANE POLICY: It is the Guest's responsibility to remain informed about the forecasted weather in the area and follow all orders from the local authorities. In the event a mandatory evacuation is ordered for the area, the guest must evacuate. We will refund a pro-rated amount of your rental fees for the nights under a mandatory evacuation.Get the full listing »
