With large picture windows that frame a sweeping view of Panama City Beach and the Gulf of Mexico, this condo at the gulf-front Tidewater Beach Resort will place you right where you want to be. Head downstairs to enjoy complimentary seasonal beach service on 600 feet of sugar-white sand, as well as resort facilities that include multiple pools, hot tubs, a 4,300-square-foot fitness center, a well-appointed game room, and a movie theater.
Spend a day (or several) enjoying the countless amusements of Pier Park (three-quarters of a mile east), which is home to more than 100 stores, the Emerald Coast Mirror Maze, an IMAX theater, and the Panama City Beach Skywheel. The Russell-Fields Pier is less than a mile east, Gulf World is one mile east, and the Signal Hill Golf Course is six miles east. If you're looking to take a drive along the shore, head 11 miles east to St. Andrews State Park to soak in some of the most beautiful natural landscapes on the Emerald Coast.

Parking Notes: Parking spaces aren't dedicated. The parking garage is located across the street from the building. There is a code required to access the parking garage (this is your gate code). There is a sky bridge on level 2 that will take you across the street to the main building. After crossing the sky bridge, you will reach a concierge desk. This is where you can pick up your parking passes (a maximum of two per unit). You will also receive wristbands that will give you access to on-site amenities with your parking pass. Fifteen-minute parking is permitted under the front porte-cochere. Watercraft, trailers, campers, motor homes, buses, or other oversized vehicles are not allowed to be parked on-premises. No vehicle exceeding 7 feet, 2 inches in height is allowed in the garage. For the
safety of all, pickups with extended beds, extended cabs, dual wheels, tow bars, and extended rear luggage carriers are to park in the north side rear of the garage. All trailers must be approved by the HOA prior to parking in the garage. Roof luggage carriers must be removed before entering the garage. Rental golf carts, scooters, and bubble cars are not authorized to park in the garage or porte-cochere and are subject to tow at the renter’s expense.
Guest Entry Instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires an unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
Water Access: On the ground floor, on the East and West sides, there are hallways that lead to the beach access. There are signs to direct you. There is a gate to get to the beach and a code is required.
Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.)
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
