UTILITIES & SECURITY
A damage security/utility deposit of $1,000 per month is requested at the time of booking. Utilities actually used during your stay will be deducted from the security/utility deposit and the remaining balance will be returned within 45 business days of receipt of the utility bills. You will be charged for any violations of the HOA rules and any damaged or missing items such as keys, garage openers, kitchen items, linens, etc. as well as damage done to the home beyond normal wear and tear. In particular, you may not sub-lease this property without owners prior written consent.
The residence is non-smoking, although smoking is permitted, outside. Families with infants and or children of all ages are welcome, however, the pool area is not fenced in, so we discourage leaving toddlers and younger children unattended while swimming or in the backyard near or around the pool.
