The Hendrix is a newly constructed, unique estate property with chic mid-century design and modern amenities for all of our guests to enjoy.

The outdoor space of The Hendrix provides the ultimate in resort-style amenities within a private estate setting. Surrounded by views of the desert mountains and the iconic windmills, this property is anchored by a rectangular pool with integrated spa and tanning shelf. The outdoor areas also feature an al fresco dining space, lounge seating, natural gas BBQ, fire pit, outdoor shower and free-standing umbrellas. The entertainment continues with sports amenities such as: regulation size pickle ball court, sand volleyball court, bocce ball, 6-hole putting green, half-court basketball and corn hole!

The thoughtfully equipped Chef's Kitchen offers a gas cooktop, oven, and large refrigerator. The custom island provides seating for indoor dining, as well as space for casual gathering during meal preparation.

An oversized master suite features a king-sized bed, writers' desk, armchair and TV. The master suite also provides direct access to the pool patio via sliding glass doors. Its en-suite bathroom is fitted with dual vanities and a walk-in tile and glass shower. The 2 main house guest suites feature a king-sized bed, sliding door access to the patio and putting great, TV and shared hall bathroom with vanity and walk-in shower. The detached casita, located across the courtyard, offers additional sleeping accommodation with king size bed, en-suite bathroom and kitchenette.

The Hendrix is the ultimate Palm Springs vacation retreat, marrying mid-century modern aesthetic with modern amenities, making it suited to even the most discerning guests. Centrally located, The Hendrix is just a short drive from Downtown Palm Springs, offering fine dining, shopping, art and culture.

North Palm Springs is one of the hottest, fastest developing areas within the Coachella Valley. Our neighborhood, Racquet Club West, once the hottest Hollywood spot in Palm Springs with residents and regulars like Marilyn Monroe, Jane Wyman, Kirk Douglas and Elizabeth Taylor, is now seeing a major renaissance and has the only estate sized properties. Within approximately one mile of the estate are some of the newest and iconic spots in Palm Springs like Riviera Hotel and Spa, Arrive Hotel, Reservoir, Draughtsman, Sandfish Sushi and Whiskey and The Tova Hotel.

We want you to feel confident when renting a TRAVLR Vacation Home. As a result, we have enhanced some of our cleaning procedures in the interest of our Guests' and Employees' health and safety.

​​​​​​​Currently, we spend between 12-16 working hours to clean each rental property after every reservation and have enhanced our check-out cleaning procedures to pay close attention to all details, specifically disinfecting all surfaces with anti-bacterial solutions. We frequently change all HVAC filters and clean pools twice weekly to help ensure optimal cleanliness as well. Our vendors and staff are equipped with protective gear such as face masks and gloves to maintain the safety of all parties.

CANCELATION POLICY FOR HOMEAWAY/VRBO AND AFFILIATED DISTRIBUTION NETWORK
Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund EXCEPT for Holidays, Special Events and Music Festival reservations which are strictly non-refundable.
- Holiday Timeframes Include: New Year 's, Memorial Day Weekend, Fourth of July, Labor Day Weekend, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
- Music Festival Timeframes Include: Coachella Weekend 1, Coachella Weekend 2, Stagecoach, Desert Trip Weekend 1, Desert Trip Weekend 2.
- Special Event Timeframes Include: BNP Paribas, CareerBuilder Challenge

Special events and music festivals that are cancelled, postposed, or altered in any way, for any reason, do not qualify for any refund, alteration of the reservation or cancellation, including Acts of God, pandemics, epidemics or health outbreaks such as COVID-19. NO CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED IN THE CASE OF EARLY DEPARTURE OR CANCELLATION FOR ANY FESTIVAL BOOKING.

INCLUDED WITH YOUR VACATION HOME
All of our vacation rentals are fully furnished with cable/satellite TV and high speed WiFi (Free WiFi). Kitchens are equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, electric kettle, traditional drip coffee maker (ground beans), toaster and blender. Certain properties may have specialty appliances such as a crockpot or Keurig coffee maker. Please check the property description for your specific vacation home to confirm.

Kitchen:
Properties are equipped with the following items to accommodate the max occupancy of the home: basic dining, cooking and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons and more. We also provide a spice rack, salt and pepper. No other cooking essentials or supplies are provided (oil, sprays or other cooking ingredients, foil, cling wrap, etc.).

House Supplies:
Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry pods and dryer sheets.

Other Items:
The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and pool towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. There are also fully equipped laundry rooms with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.

- FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS -

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?
Check in is after 3PM local time, and check out is no later than 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation. There is a fee of $400 for both or $200 for either early check in or late check out.

WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
All TRAVLR Vacation Homes have keyless locks. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.

DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?
TRAVLR Vacation Homes provides a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.

CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED?
Yes, during the winter our pools are kept around 75 degrees. If you would like the pool to be heated to 82-84 degrees, we do charge a fee of $99/night. Please let your property manager know at least 48-hours in advance of your arrival if you would like pool heat added to your reservation.

WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper.

There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets.

CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.

DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
Outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day.

DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
Our vacation rentals are pet friendly. We allow for up to two pets per property for a fee of $150 per pet.
