The property offers unparalleled value, with an attached two car garage, private IN HOME (not shared) gym with treadmill. The guard-gated complex offers many amenities, including a heated jacuzzi and swimming pool. The property is ideally located in walking distance to Hansen Dam recreational facilities, as well as the Los Angeles Discovery Cube. The Wildlife Waystation is located nearby as well.
THE SPACE: Hansen Hills is an up and coming neighborhood, which as seen a dramatic resurgence of shops and restaurants opening up in the past year.

GUEST ACCESS: EVERYTHING! There is a fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, and gym inside the unit. The guard-gated complex offers a pool and spa. I include TVs in every room, as well as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, a Blu Ray/DVD player, and Apple TV access. Please note that the spa will be closed until 2/11/19 for re-plastering.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS: Fully automated check in is available. You will simply buzz my cell phone from the intercom, and I will let you in. I have cameras at the entrances to the property to confirm that the guests showing up match the reservation. My description states that checkin begins at 4PM, but I will try to accomodate earlier checkins if possible (AT NO EXTRA CHARGE).
THE NEIGHBORHOOD: This neighborhood has seen a major upswing in the past few years, and had tons of restaurants opening up right on the same street. There is Thai, Mexican, Italian, Filipino, and several other choices in walking distance from the unit.
GETTING AROUND: A car is highly recommended for out of town guests. There is a bus stop right outside the complex, the Red Line metro station is 10 min drive, and the Metrolink train Station in Sun Valley is about 10 minutes also. The train will take you into Union Station in downtown Los Angeles in 35 minutes. There is a new bike path that can connect you to these stations, so that’s an option as well.
Please let me know 12 hours ahead of time when you plan on checking in, so that I can make sure the place is clean and ready to go when you arrive.
Please accurately book how many guests will be staying in the property. If you book a reservation for one person, then I expect only one person will show up to the property. I reserve the right to cancel a reservation based on non-compliance with this policy. I have cameras at the entrances to the property, which I will use to verify that the number of guests who show up matches number on the reservation. If I see that the number of guests showing up exceeds the reservation, I will cancel the it immediately, and ask you to leave the property (you will still be charged for the booking though).
The pool is normally open 10AM to 7PM, everyday. During the winter season (approx. 11/15 to 2/1), the pool will close at 6PM.
The spa is normally open 10AM to 8PM, everyday. During the winter season (approx. 11/15 to 2/1), the spa will close at 7PM.
The pool and spa are accessed via a key. Please make sure to sign in when using the pool. You can write yourself in as a "renter". The pool area has it's own shower and bathrooms, please feel free to use them. Please note that the spa is located up the street from the pool. When exiting the pool, make a right and walk up the hill. You will see the spa on the left hand side. There is a small shed to the right of the spa, which you can see from the street.
The same key that is used for the pool and spa can be used to enter the pedestrian gate of the complex, on the right side of the main car gate.
No smoking (including weed), parties, or events
Check-in is 4PM to 2AM (the next day) and check out is by 12PM.

A government issued photo ID is required for all confirmed reservations.

There is space for two cars in the attached garage. If additional parking is required, please park outside on the street.
Only registered guests are allowed to stay and use amenities in the community.
We love pets, but sorry no pets are allowed in the property.
In efforts to be environmentally friendly, we appreciate when our guests use the recyclable bins, turn off all lights before leaving the unit and are conscious about water and power consumption. Please don’t forget to turn off the air conditioning in the gym when you are done using it.
I want you to have the best time while staying at my place, just two basic rules: respect your neighbors and leave everything as you found it!

Your booking of this home includes acceptance of the following terms:
1.) Must climb stairs – This is a 3 story townhome, with all the bedrooms on the top floor, the kitchen and living room on the second, and the garage on the first.
2.) Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $500 depending on the severity of the damage. This includes losing any of the remotes or keys. Replacing the main gate remote control will cost $50, the attached garage remote $65, and the pool/complex keys will be $15.
3.) Consideration of neighbors: Please be considerate of the neighbors, and do your best to keep noises at a reasonable level. Please make sure to lower the TV and noise after 11PM especially.Get the full listing »
